We recently stayed at COCO: Baie Nettle Beach Club and had an incredible experience! The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beachfront with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped – the perfect blend of comfort and style.  The grounds were top-notch, with a lovely pool area, beach access, and local to restaurants and groceries. If you're looking for a perfect getaway that combines luxury and leisure, COCO with Elisa is the place to be. Clean linens, coffee, tea and utensils all provided. She even went out of her way to provide a blender! We can't wait to return!

First i would like to thank Donovan for inviting me into his space. From the moment we arrived, Donovan went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The place is much more beautiful in person. The attention to detail was incredible—[ even leaving booklets with recommendations like nearby restaurants etc]. Communication was seamless, and Donovan was always quick to respond to any questions and super patient with me seeing that this is my first time on the island. The location was perfect— close to shoals bay and not far from the town where you can find supermarkets etc. We truly felt at home and appreciated the warm hospitality. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—it’s an absolute gem! We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Donovan, for such an amazing experience!

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

We had a great experience with this Airbnb! The host made sure to give us a great welcome. The condo is clean, has a great view, and was an easy walk to Mullet Bay beach.

Sid’s place was small but adequate. It pretty much everything we needed for a 10 day stay. There was an elevator in the building which was very convenient. Sid was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Orient once before and were very happy with our stay at Princess Manon. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. There were tons of towels provided (more than the one per person that is usually supplied) as well as practical things like liquid hand soap at all sinks and two big water bottles in the fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Water pressure was great the entire stay and the ACs worked beautifully. We love staying in Orient and will be back!

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.
