Britney's unit 402 in the Theater Lofts was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We walked to the Legacy Arena for the NCAA women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds of the March Madness basketball tournament and at all times felt safe.

Fantastic for a staycation in town due an event downtown. Very clean, convenient parking garage, and tons of restaurants and bars to walk. Definitely plan to stay again!

Loved our stay! Very nice apartment space, very clean, and lots of areas to hang out in the building. Walkable to breweries and food, and right next to the baseball stadium!

This was the perfect stay while attending a conference at Red Mountain theatre! The fact that there was free parking secure was a huge help. As a former city dweller, the historic nature of this building and the loft style brought me back to my time in larger cities up north. This space has south and east views of the city. Lots of cute restaurants and eateries nearby. Perfect for an extended stay.

The location is close to everything without any issues with city noise while trying to rest. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The on-site gated parking is a huge benefit, and I felt my car was safe downstairs. A great option if you’re staying in Birmingham.

This place is our go to when we are in the area. Absolutely love it, super clean, and Brenchard is an amazing host and very responsive.

Wendy was a great host and the apartment was very close to a lot of restaurants. Inside it was also very cozy and you have your own covered parking space. Overall, it was a good stay and very comfy.

Ben was a great host. Very responsive. The house is great and right on the water. The only small complaints I had was the smell of the house and the driveway. The house had an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to open all the doors for awhile and air it out some. The drive way is very steep which is unavoidable of course but there is very little room for a boat. Fortunately, the covered dock helps with that but still have to store your trailer somewhere. I would recommend the house and host.

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.

Tayde was so gracious and so helpful!The flow of Tayde’s fabulous home is so wonderful with the open floor plan for family and friends to gather; the beautiful kitchen with every amenity available; the fabulous walk in pantry for easy storage; the large, walk in laundry room; the large, beautiful dining table for gathering together for meals! The bedrooms were all so wonderfully clean and the beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fresh, soft, thick towels and so many amenities provided! There were wonderful amenities also available in the kitchen with spices, paper products, and so fantastic was the coffee bar with delicious choices! The refrigerator was huge and fresh! The outdoor area is beautiful with plenty of seating, a firepit and a beautiful hot tub! Parking was fabulous with so much space! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home!
