House hosted by Sunnybella is very recomended especially for family up to 6 people. the house is very tidy, clean and comfort. it also had complete facilities including wifi, water heater on the main bathroom, washing machine and a lot of kitchen utensils can be used. the location is easy to reach, great security, accessible by gofood or grabfood, and had club house with pool and small playground facilities. last but not least, Sunnybella is very easy to reach, give a lot of clear information and she also has manager in charge of the house that is very helpfull. we had great time during our stays there..

it is the most amazing experience to stay in Rumah Tropis during our holiday travelling around Sumatra Island. The house is a new building, so beautiful, harmonious interior design , full of equipments , very clean and tidy. Beautiful garden in front of the house. the host Ms Iis and her family also the staff are very friendly and so helpfull . We will come back when we visit Pekanbaru and we recommend other to stay here too.
