Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !

He was so helpful and very responsive to messages, he sent through some great recommendations and travel tips. The view was stunning and having the beach just a few metres away is so lovely! We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

We had a wonderful late summer vacation in Georgios and Paula's apartment. The apartments are all new and first-class. With a great view of the turquoise bay and the harbor of Nea Roda. On site, we mainly used the restaurants and bars on the beach promenade and enjoyed excellent Greek cuisine there every day. Paula welcomed us warmly and from Georgios we got plenty of tips for excursions and nice restaurants nearby. Everything you need in the evening is a 5-minute walk. Thanks to our excellent starting point, the first-class apartment, with a view of the sea already at breakfast and our great hosts, who were very concerned about our well-being, we had a perfect week in Chalkidiki. It should be mentioned that our apartment was cleaned daily and if necessary the linens and towels were changed. This is not a matter of course for an apartment.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Paradise House, that's the right name. We were all very comfortable, especially on the terrace with the many flowers and the fantastic view Periklis is a sympathetic host. They were wonderful days.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

My family and I stayed for 3 and a half weeks, and enjoyed it very much. From start to finish, we had the support of the hosts. They allowed us an early check-in since we arrived earlier than planned. They responded to every message and made an effort to make us feel at home. The house is very beautiful, well-equipped, with 2 air conditioners, a new refrigerator, a new washing machine, etc. The view from the terrace is unreal! We would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.

The apartment was ok, it's mostly the balcony which is great direct sea view! The host was kind and attentive to us.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

Great host, wonderful location! We didn’t miss anything for a great holiday, even very good weather and water for a daily beach time in April !
