Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

There is something special about being up in the trees, and surrounded by nature. In this cozy treehouse, you will find that no detail has been overlooked. Enjoy the forest view where it’s possible you'll see wild deer or turkey. You will have all that you need to create your perfect country getaway. Build a fire in the fire pit, have a stargazing soak in the elevated hot tub, cozy-up by the indoor gas fireplace or relax in the indoor hammock. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave.

Step back in time farm house

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Off the kitchen is a laundry room washer and dryer available. The décor is very rustic and farm like living .We are looking forward to sharing this gem . 25.00 cash dog fee

Presque Isle State Park known as Pennsylvania's "seashore" is 18 miles away and offers swimming, hiking, cycling and other recreational water activities . Close to restaurants , grocery and shopping .

The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace. A few steps from the front door a new private dock for relaxing, boating, fishing and swimming. Backing up to the woods is a welcoming area with a brick fireplace and lot of seating to relax after a day of fun.
