The environment is spacious, without giving up coziness and privacy. Facing the Maria Comprida mountain, the view is ideal to be enjoyed in good company and a glass of wine. The chalet is located in a gated community, in the Nogueira neighborhood, 4 km from the main square (where there is a market, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) and 6 km from Itaipava.

The property is located in Vale dos Frades (OFF ROAD), 5 km after Cachoeira dos Frades. Its location is privileged because it is close to the famous Três Picos, which give the State Park its name. The region offers tours on rivers with waterfalls, hiking and climbing, which can be done even within the property. The site has two small lakes with carp and tilapia. There are also ducks and chickens, in addition to the typical birds of the Atlantic Forest and fruit trees.
