Luiz Gustavo's accommodation is a great value for money! Nearby there are restaurants, malls, bars, market, cafes, gas station and etc. The apartment is very well decorated, we were delighted.

The apartment is really as it is in the picture. The location is just perfect, the neighborhood is excellent, nearby there is a mall that you can walk to. You can also walk to restaurants that are on the street itself. But it is also super possible to cook in the apartment, as it is super well equipped. Rafael even recommended a pet-friendly restaurant. The building structure is excellent as well. It was me, my husband, my son and my pet. We love the accommodation and we definitely intend to return. I highly recommend it, whoever goes will like it. Thank you Rafael for the reception! We'll be back soon!

I was with my fiancé during the end of the year in Lilian's apartment. She was very kind, polite and caring, the place was neat and perfect for us to just come in and use. In addition, the location is very good with dozens of options and nearby establishments. The checkin was quiet and the security of the place turned our vacation into a dream.

Our stay at Gustavo's apartment took place in the way we imagined, my family liked the accommodations offered, everything was as described and photos of the advertisement, super clean, Gustavo was available during the period, including on the private phone;.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures or even better. Super equipped and perfect to rest having the practicality of nearby places to eat or even cook on site. Mayara was always solicitous in communication and met all requests. Voltaria for sure!
