Enjoy this little 1 and a half story 1950's home close to downtown restaurants, grocery store and night life. Located in a quiet older neighbourhood, you can walk everywhere if you need to. Enjoy walking the Peace River dyke in all it's splendor, having a meal at the Board and Barrel and picking up some cold beverage at their liquor store. Just a few blocks from River Front Park and half a block to the Provincial Building. Come stay for work or for play! The master bedroom is on the main fl.
