Мястото напълно отговаря на описаното. Беше чисто и подредено, имаше всичко нужно дори за по-дълъг престой. Анета ни даде полезни съвети за ресторанти с хубава кухня. Хотелът е на края на града, което за нас не беше проблем, защото сме с кола. За сметка на това е на тихо място с изглед към планината. Единствено препоръчвам климатиците да се пускат по- рано защото им отне половин ден да затоплят апартамента. След това беше топло и уютно:) С удоволствие бихюе посетили отново!

An amazing apartment, with a spectacular view over the lake. We had a very peaceful stay. The apartment has everything you need, and is decorated and equipped to the highest standard. The host was friendly, communicative, and very helpful. We certainly hope to return again in the future.

Staying in this secluded cottage in the Rhodope Mountains was an unforgettable experience! The location is absolutely stunning—peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The cottage is simple but has all the necessary amenities, and the natural sounds of the forest make for a truly unique stay. The water comes straight from the mountain, the wood stove keeps things cozy, and the outdoor barbecue is a great touch. Yes, it's rustic, but that's exactly what makes it special! A huge thank you to my host Radoslav, who was incredibly friendly and even picked me up from the train station—such a kind and thoughtful gesture. If you're looking for a quiet escape in nature, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

הבית יפהפה, גם מבחינה אדריכלית חיצונית, וגם בעיצוב הפנים שלו. ניכר שהיתה חשיבה על כל פרט ופרט של הבית. נוח, נעים, מפנק, מחומם היטב, מטבח מאובזר ברמה גבוהה מאד, נוף נהדר מהחלונות הגדולים, מרווח מאד ושקט. הבית נמצא ליד בתי נופש נוספים, אבל כמעט כולם היו ריקים בעונה הזו, ולנו היה מאד נעים עם השקט הזה. הנוף של האגם מוסיף השראה לבית, ומעצים את חוויית השהייה. הקשר עם הבעלים היה נהדר, הוא היה זמין כל הזמן, וסייע בעצותיו כשביקשנו. לקראת סוף החופשה היתה תחזית של שלג בהרים, וחששנו שלא נוכל להגיע לטיסה אם הכבישים יהיו סגורים. התייעצנו עם דניאל, והוא הציע שנצא יומיים מוקדם יותר, כדי לא לקחת סיכון של כבישים סגורים, ומיוזמתו שינה את ההזמנה וקיצר אותה ביומיים וויתר על התשלום שהיה מגיע לו. ראיתי זאת כאדיבות יפה מצידו, כשהציע זאת עוד לפני שאפילו ביקשתי. שילוב של הגינות ואדיבות. זה הוסיף לאווירה הטובה שחשנו בה מההתחלה. ממליץ בחום.

Най-прекрасната вила! Направена с много любов и старание, тя те кара да се чувстваш като у дома. Хазяите са изключително мили и отделят специално внимание на всички. Кухнята е заредена с ВСИЧКО, дори неща, които може да нямате у дома си хаха. Всяка къщичка си има нужните тоалетни принадлежности. Много подходящo място за хора с деца, за възрастни, които искат да се откъснат от напрегнатите работни дни, както и за млади, които искат да се насладят на красиви мигове около огъня в градината. Непременно трябва да се посети!!!

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

The location is great - walking distance from the center, hiking areas and good restaurants. The place was also quite easy to find and has an underground parking space. The only downside is that a new building is being built right between the apartment and the forest and it’s blocking what would’ve been a great view. They also start construction work early on Saturday (around 8:30 am) which wasn’t ideal and we somewhat lacked privacy since they were right at our level. The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s operated from a tablet which was fun for us but might not be for some people. Especially when there’s an issue with something so keep in mind. There’s a very detailed video for you to watch which was useful. The host had great recommendations, was very responsive and open to help with anything. We did a self check-in and did fine with his detailed instructions. There’s also good SPAs around and I would for sure recommend this place for a visit in Velingrad.

We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!

Very sweet host. She was very helpful to get us by the house and all our luggage. The place is very peaceful and surrounded by mountain view. You have the whole second floor of the house for yourself including a huge terrace with table and sofa and a rocking chair. At night there are these pretty lights you can switch on for more huga experience. Dilyana cooks amazi8I recommended trying her dinner menu that includes roast potatoes and stuffed peppers or her breakfast-local banitsa with a twist :). She recommended some local places to visit and overall was very warm and welcoming. I recommend 100%

Wonderful place. The yard is beautiful, well looked after and big. It has places for play, reading, jacuzzi. The house has a lost of small but very beautiful and thoughtful details. The hosts are just amazing. Vay nice, responcive, positive and ready to assist with anything you might need. They welcomed us with homemade beverage and food. Everything was delicious! We were 5 adults with two children around 7 and a oneyear old baby. The house was perfect for us. It has floor heating and we could play on the floor (clean, warm and cozy). The hosts provided everything you might need for a baby, including a potty. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you might need for cooking, and let's not forget about the barbecue outside. We (me and all the people from the company) would not only recommend the place, but will hopefully visit them again! Thank you so much for the nice stay Atanas!

Wow! Is all I can say! The place is so much more beautiful in real life. So cozy and romantic! We even used the bbq to make a fire and cook chicken skewers! Very close to the centre! And an amazing deal on a spa that is right near by! Don’t waste your time on the big hotels in velingrad! This is perfect and affordable and you can still visit the spa! The host was outstanding! Waiting for us when we arrived, so polite and warm! spoke very good English and was extremely hospitable! Immediate replies! Maybe take a hdmi and your laptop to watch movies on the tv! Private Parking space too! Don’t look any further!

Прекараме си супер във вилата. Беше много хубаво и чисто. Холчето с камината беше супер уютно в дъждовния уикенд, в който отседнахме. Кучето също си изкара супер, единствиният минус е, че няма заграден двор, за да го пускаме спокойно, защото се навъртат други кучета също. Но пространството пред къщата е супер, макар и да не е заграден двор.
