Located in a quiet street, on the first floor of a historical two-storey house with a lovely shared backyard and friendly neighbors, this apartment is really worth the price. A convenient shortcut takes you to the beach and a huge kids' playground in 5 minutes. The only thing that you should take note of is that it's a rather compact space with sliding doors which look nice and save space, but make sound isolation between bedroom/living room and bathroom/living room a bit of an issue. But we had a wonderful stay nonetheless.

This was my fourth time staying here, and I will keep coming back whenever I will be visiting Liepāja. I first stayed here in 2023 for a month, and it’s the same quality as back then. It is a stunning place, and always feels homely. Diana is so welcoming, and helpful, always responsive. Highly recommend this spot! Thank you so much Diana for being such a wonderful host.

The only warning is that the living space while easily accommodates the number of people mentioned, is all in one open space, so has limited privacy apart from the master bedroom. We were 5 staying in town for a triathlon. Evija’s apartment is in a great location, close to the park and beach. It was very clean and tidy. Everything you needed was there from cooking utensils to towels. Apartment building was quiet. Parking out front on the street. Evija was very responsive and gave clear instructions that were easy to follow for check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and wonderful. It was really easy to find the location thanks to Sigita and Matiss who sent a detailed message prior to arrival. The apartment is close to a grocery store and many small stores including restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who would like a place not immediately in the center but in a great location.
