We rented for Holy Week Holiday and were very pleased. The house is exactly the same as the ad, it was clean, bed comfy and Luan is extremely polite and helpful. The condominium is relatively new, with some constructions and is a little further from the Center, but this was a positive point for us who were looking for quiet.

Well, the house is very good, well structured, there is a maid who helps. It was really worth it and we'll be back again.

House exactly the same as the photos . Helpful and quick host to answer and ask questions . Quiet and excellent location for those who have jetski, as they can access the river through the condominium's own access ramp. The condominium has a pier which facilitates the speedboat ride. The boat is able to anchor at the pier . I recommend it!

Simply without words to praise and thank for all Elilton's helpfulness and attention in pleasing and resolving all the demands, from helping us get to the condominium address to solving the demands that arose in the house (gas exchange, changing towels, kitchen and house utensils, etc.). I have never been so well advised and so well treated in an Airbnb hosting. We checked in before the time; he made a point of driving us to the condominium, without any hesitation. The house is very good and away from the center, which for us was wonderful. The bottom of the condominium has a wonderful river bath. Sure, we'll go back and recommend the stay. Wonderful!!!
