Vacation rentals in Paul

Upon arrival in the apartment an overwhelming view from the open kitchen. Very cozy and really African furnished. No luxury but really atmospheric, which makes it so much fun. A home just in the middle of the locals in a traditional village. Nearby 2 delicious restaurants: O'Curral and Ady&Juju. Everything homemade. The first closed as early as 6pm but we could just order and take out. Then consumed at the bar in our open kitchen, because there was actually no better view than there... The walks in the surrounding area are insane.

Our stay at Kasa d’vizin was amazing. The apartment was beautiful, with thoughtful touches and a private balcony overlooking banana trees which a perfect spot to relax. Located in stunning Eito, it’s an ideal base for hiking and exploring the valley. The staff went above and beyond, and Hannelore, the owner, was incredibly kind and responsive. The sense of community, friendly neighbours, and delicious vegan and vegetarian-friendly meals made our stay even more special. We wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return. Highly highly recommend! Already dreaming of coming back!

What to say except that everything was absolutely perfect. The breathtaking view is the great asset of this little gem located in the heart of the Paul Valley. We loved this atypical accommodation with a kitchen open to the valley, perfectly equipped and very clean. It is very well connected by public transport and restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Katia was very available to advise and support us during our stay. Thank you so much for making these few days a magical, timeless moment!

We had a great time at Casa das Ilhas, the setting was beautiful and very peaceful, close to all hikes in the Paúl Valley! Always attentive, Katelijne was able to offer us the getaways that suited us, and we also had great dinners at the hostel, in the company of other guests. Thank you again!

Peaceful and beautiful location deep in Paúl Valley. Room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast included and optional dinner of €15pp is reasonable value but does not include any drinks. They offer wash and dry laundry service which is priced well. Check in times are not explicitly clear. Listing states between 14:00 and 19:00, but after messaging the host he stated that it is normally until 18:00. For ourselves check in was delayed by the carnival celebrations but fortunately we were able to still arrive while staff are around.

We had a lovely stay at Carlo's house and enjoyed his hospitality. The view is amazing and the house well equiped. Supermarkets, hiking spots and the town are all nearby - which was very conveniant. Great place to stay during visiting the valley!

I am not sure there could be a more perfect AirBNB in Paul. This place was everything was right out of a dream and we live in Cabo Verde. The owner, the staff, everyone is so friendly, and as someone who is not at all a foodie - I have to say that the vegan breakfast was off the charts. I stayed with my teenage son and we felt right at home. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, I can't thank the staff enough. We will be back very soon!

A unique hideaway in magnificent surroundings, equipped with everything you need, including an information package. There is a shop just down the road for getting basics for breakfast etc. Irene was very helpful and arranged transport from Porto Novo. The house is situated on one of the most well-known trekking routes on the island, but unless you want to do it uphill (we did, but it is not for everyone), you need to find transport to the upper starting point at Cova do Paúl.
