Our house is located 5 km (3 miles) from downtown Paudalho, Pernambuco, 16 km (10 miles) from Carpina, Pernambuco, and 35 km (22 miles) from Recife. In the condominium, you have access to the children's playground, soccer field and a mini market. The house accommodates up to 9 people, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Our terrace has a private area with a pool and barbecue.

Quinta da Margarida

Quinta da Margarida has three flats that comfortably accommodate up to 6 people each, and can accommodate up to 8 people depending on the needs of the guests. All flats have a suite and a social bathroom in the living room where people also sleep. We have a communal kitchen in an area outside the flats where guests can have greater convenience, or we can provide a stove in the flats. Flats 1 and 3 have air conditioning only in the en-suites and a fan in the living room, flat 2 has air conditioning in both rooms.

It is on the Avenue and although there is a small shopping center nearby. The place is very quiet. The grounds are all walled.
