Review for Jane and Donald I had the absolute pleasure of spending time with Jane and Donald—what a truly lovely couple! From the very start, they were warm, welcoming, and full of genuine kindness. Their thoughtful nature and easygoing personalities make every interaction feel comfortable and uplifting. Whether you're sharing a conversation or simply enjoying their company, it's clear how much they care about others and how naturally generous they are with their time and attention. Jane and Donald are the kind of people who leave a lasting impression for all the right reasons—gracious, considerate, and sincerely delightful. Highly recommend spending time with them if you ever get the chance—you’ll walk away with a smile.

Will be back again soon hopefully we can stay in sarahs again . loads of room to park clean and tidy cottage. no problems at all. top marks 👌. short drive to douglas harbour so nice and easy to get to cottage. Roy was kind enough to leave wine and water for us and was easy to contact should we have needed him top marks for a very comfortable and clean cottage to stay in Roy thanks once again.

We booked James's accommodation for the Youth Tour of Isle of Man cycle racing, and it was the perfect location. We had to race in Douglas, Marown and Jurby, and the accommodation was perfect for them all. The accommodation itself was perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and had beautiful views. Access to a nature trail for cycling away from the roads was an extra bonus, and just added to the overall great experience we had on the Isle of Man. James was a great host, and always replied to my queries. If we ever go back to the Isle of Man, James's place would definitely be top of our list of places to stay.

Ireen and Eric were very welcoming and helpful (and have a great knowledge about the island). The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a good pub is in walking distance and it's a 30 min walk to the beach promenade.

West facing room in farmhouse

Pros: -Helen as a host -Warmest place ever -Location (lot of walk/push bike routes) -Clean (there were 6 of us, and it was always clean, we were lucky with our room mates, but Helen cleaned shared facilities everyday anyway). Some heads up: -Helen is an actual host, and lovely host and person.Made us feel at home, she went above and beyond.Chris was always responsive though. -Map pin on Airbnb doesn’t provide proper route, it directs to non-drivable roads, at least didn’t work for us.The best way to get here is directly from Greeba. -You probably need any transport, as property is on top of hill (45 min walk to main road), and it’s 2 miles of narrow road, part tarmac, part gravel. We were on a motorbike and managed absolutely fine. Helen was so kind offering a lift as well. -There are several rooms in the property, potentially at some point there could be a few people. Huge thanks to Helen and Chris and all guys we met while staying here, hope to meet you next year
