Vacation rentals with beach access in Patong Beach

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

The first thing I would say is about the host, she will reply anytime of the day or even late night, and will be very helpful!!! The apartment is large and comfortable, The building garden and pull are well kept and look great! All people living in the block are so friendly, it’s so peaceful and quite. Kalim beach is just a cross the street less than a minute walk and always has people in there so you can just relax In there from morning till late night, if you want to walk to the main Patong beach it’s about 7 minute walk, Shops like 7 -11, a pharmacy, restaurants etc are just a minute walk from the apartment, If you stay in this apartment you are in Patong but you feel as if you are far from Patong and have a private beach, Security guard at the entrance is so friendly. Etc etc etc….. I can continue to write more and more…. We were so sad to leave, we felt at home and we loved the area. We hope to be back. Thanks to our great host again.

The wrap around balcony is wonderful and everything is as pictured and the daily cleaning with fresh towels is a nice touch for a condo. The host stocked the frig with bottles of water which was appreciated. The area is very active day and night and if you are a light sleeper the club music (while in the distance) does go into the late late hours, not a problem for me, but my roommates used ear plugs. Bathroom is spacious for sharing but 3 women and 1 mirror was a tight squeeze. I would suggest the host install a few more mirrors in the condo as the bathroom sink mirror was the only one. Great place and I would stay again. Also of note, while we had 2 keys only one engaged the electric which was inconvenient if your party didn't come and go all together.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

The balcony is large, great sea view, especially at sunset, we came back before sunset every day, very quiet place, 10 minutes walk to Karon beach, suitable for families

I had a great stay! The host was excellent—very accommodating and responsive. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything: restaurants, bars, entertainment, massage places, and more. It's also within walking distance to Patong, which made getting around very convenient. During my two-week stay, I asked the host for a complimentary cleaning, and he generously provided a one-time cleaning service, which I really appreciated. Whatever I needed, the host was prompt and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others!

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool was bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

Amazing place with a stunning view, sunrises and sunsets are unreal. In an incredible location, which makes it so easy to go for a private swim. Best during early morning. Phenomenal halal restaurant right above the room called Hill House, we ate there several times. Only complaint that you MUST consider before booking here — there’s a LARGE flight of stairs to take to get down to the room. At night it’ll be very dark and when it rains it’s wet. Need to be very careful and cautious when going up and down because it can get tiring. Just something to note!

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Suparnee is a fantastic host- very attentive and helpful. The house is exactly as we see in the photographs- very clean, very well appointed, everything that one might need for their stay is there. The house has a porch in the front and and one at the back where you we spent a good amount of time when we were not outdoors, the house is surrounded by eateries and the beach is also not very far away. The Jacuzzi is an added feature which we enjoyed on a rainy day. Most importantly one feels very secure in knowledge that Suparnee is there to help out if there be a need. Suparnee welcomed us very warmly with brownies made by her daughter, she and her husband even took us to a local market where we met her family and friends. This market is meant primarily for the local community, on our own we could never have found it. It was a great way to get to know the real Thai people. My husband and I stayed in this house for 5 days and we loved it. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

We loved our stay at Mike's place. We were unlucky with the weather for the first few days, so it was great having a large, clean space like Mike's to hang out in. He provided a heap of great recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Very nice place. Bowie was very helpful. The appartment was very clean, with all the necessary equipment. The pool is cool, and you have all kind of shops and stores nearby. I recommend !
