The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

It was well located and close to the touristic area and the perfect Patong beach. The pool and the bar next to it was the best thing. The bartender was kind and nice person. I just had a problem with electricity, which goes out many many times a day. Once my father got stucked in the elevator. And the bidet of toilet was damaged. I informed the host, they told me a technician will take care of it, but nothing happened until our check out.

It was very pleasant staying at Monika’s place . It was very clean and well maintained . All Things in right place . She was always responsive to message . Highly recommended to other guests

Such a lovely place. Fully furnished and self contained. Clean and comfy. Fantastic rooftop pool with stunning views over Patong. David the host along with his assistant were wonderful. So helpful and no problem too great to solve. Was flexible with my check in time which was great for me. Always there to make sure things went well. Thank you.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotlessly clean, super comfy, and in a fantastic location surrounded by beautiful scenery. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We even had a private jacuzzi attached to our room on the balcony, just like in the pictures - it was the perfect way to unwind. The resort had amazing pools too! The amenities were top-notch, and the neighborhood was safe and convenient. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I highly recommend this stay if you are looking the be in the heart of the night life in Phuket. So much energy and places to go just steps from the front door. Despite all the attractions, the unit itself is very secluded and peaceful. I was happy to return to my quarters from the hustle of the walking street. It was utterly silent as well. High quality double pane glass kept the sound out of the unit and I as able to sleep like a baby. Also, the towels were folded in to swans! Soooo cute! Usa was highly responsive and helped me navigate from the airport. This place is a hidden gem!

Still a very nice room. The swimming pool is right outside the living room. The beds in both rooms are large. The not so good thing is that there is no toothbrush ~ The living room has a microwave and cutlery, etc. The receptionist is also very nice

Huan is a fabulous host. Always responds promptly to queries and is very accommodative. For a weary traveler Huan's 2BR Apartment at Bay Cliff Patong is a must stay BnB. Very comfortable with a stunning unbeatable view from the lounge. The place is exactly as in the pictures at Airbnb website. A very well furnished kitchen turning it into a home away from home. 5 minutes walk from 7 eleven store is another plus point. Rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to everything! Thank you to the host for the quick responses and smooth stay. The facility had a pool and gym, and the staff at the building were friendly. The apartment would have more value if it were renovated, as it looks a bit outdated, although everything worked fine and there were no major issues. The facility’s cleaning staff could have done a better job, there was dust, some dead bugs on the floor, and stains on the bedsheets. However, this feedback has already been passed on to the facility staff and had nothing to do with the host. Thank you for the stay!

I would highly recommend Mary’s apartment. It’s clean, spacious for family with 3 kids and our kids love the clean swimming pool! It is walking distance to Patong beach and halal food is easily accesible around the area. We loved that one of the big 7-11 was just beside the condo, making it very easy to stock up on food and snacks. On the eve of our checkout, there was a power shutdown which lasted the whole day and Mary was so proactive and kept me updated the entire time. I really would like to mention this here as I have not come across a very responsive host than Mary. Thank you so much for making our stay in Phuket memorable. My family and I can’t wait to be back! We will surely book Mary’s apartment again! Not to mention their housekeeper is always around if you need any assistance! Thank you again Mary!

Beautiful villa that my whole family loved to stay in! we didn’t know that the Villa was part of five-star hotel, which added extra amenities to use. Alexandra was very helpful with his local recommendations, and smooth check in. Thank you

Overall, very good value for money. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the people are friendly.

Pros: The room is nice and spacious, with a good balcony to relax on. It was very clean and check-in/check-out was easy. It’s a walkable area, but it does take about 15 minutes to get to Kata Beach because the most direct beach access is collapsing and closed. The room is also on the same floor as the pool, so it’s a very quick walk to the pool deck. Cons: I was surprised to see that the photos are not updated! Specifically, a “new” hotel building has gone up right next door which completely obstructs the Mountain View from the balcony. Everything else is mostly accurate. Additionally, after check-out, the host sent me a very accusatory message implying that I broke his TV. I didn’t (it was the next guest) and he later verified that was true with his cleaner, but I still feel he should have checked before accusing me like that. He didn’t apologize. It just left a bad taste in my mouth I guess. TLDR: It’s good value, but you might be able to find better nearby for around the same cost

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Lovely condo in Phuket! Spacious, clean, and modern with everything we needed. Nice location near the beach. The pool was great, WiFi fast, and the host was very helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Bad things - too stiff hill to climb to return from the beach and lack of restaurants in the area - better to rent a bike and go eat in central Surin or Kamala for nice dining. Would book again!

The place was incredibly beautiful and Oleg was a great host. He was reachable and always helped. Definitely recommend and on my next visit it will be this place again.
