Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Great place. Very close to the airport and family friendly

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Very nice location on Alexandras Boulevard and very quiet during the night. Next to Pedion Areos park and very close to Lycabettus hill. A place to feel at home in Athens.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

Great apartment in a funky part of Athens. Easy to get around, plenty of shops, and some great bars and restaurants. A great month long stay in Athens.

Ο Πέτρος ήταν πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και υπήρχε άμεση ανταπόκριση στην συζήτηση οπότε χρειαζόταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και οργανωμένο με αρκετά πράγματα. Η βεράντα εξίσου άνετη και όμορφη. Η περιοχή βολεύει σε όποιον θέλει να βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο καθώς σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείων και το μετρό

Everything was like it should be. The apartment was beautiful and clean and I really liked the bathroom because for me it’s one of the most important things and it was pretty clean it has a nice shower. The second important thing for me is the bed and it was amazingly comfortable and I slept perfect. I would definitely recommend that place because my experience was perfect and the host was super kind, helpful and a very friendly guy.

L’airbnb de Jianyun était super! L’appartement était très calme, sécuritaire et situé près d’un métro, donc facile de se déplacer dans la ville. À environ 15-20 minutes en métro du centre-ville. Comme sur les photos. Tout était propre et bien entretenu. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Jianyun était très attentif et répondait rapidement. Très poli et gentil! Tout s’est bien déroulé! Un petit appartement très cozy! Je recommanderait certainement cet appartement! Merci à Jianyun de nous avoir accueilli! 🙂 Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Athènes!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ καλός και φιλικός, σε επόμενο μου ταξίδι θα το επέλεγα ξανά και θα το σύστηνα σε άλλους!

Leonidas’s place was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in. There was a lot of attention put into decoration and furnishing that made it stand out. The terrace was amazing! The host was very responsive and we can only recommend this special place when visiting Athens!

I had a really wonderful experience staying here. The apartment is beautiful, even more so than the photos because of the wonderful light and energy when you are in the place. You can tell that every detail has been thought about, especially the lights! It is a very peaceful, calm and soothing place to spend time whilst in Athens which can be hectic. The apartment is a short walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops of kipseli - my favourite was homemade lunches at Geitonia. it is super easy to get from the apartment via bus into downtown Athens (or just a few euros in a taxi). Akrivi and Evangelos were flexible, communicative and relaxed 😌 one of my best airbnb stays!
