Junn's place is awesome! Very spacious and private. Most importantly, it's newly renovated. Everything is new, modern, cozy and beautiful. The kitchen is excellent with full equipment. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. This place is also very convenient because everything is well prepared. Snacks, coffee, tea and water are provided. There are also cute souvenirs. The location is also great. There are many cafes and restaurants as well as shopping malls that are landmarks of Bangkok. Junn is very helpful and explains everything in detail. Another thing I like about this place is that there is a security guard on duty 24 hours, which makes me feel safe all the time. The price here is very reasonable for a very large apartment with an entire floor of privacy in the heart of the city. Next time I'm in Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. I really enjoyed my time here! Cute room, walkable surroundings and the hosts were phenomenal! It’s nestled above this cute coffee shop with a corner store right across the street. We did see a couple of ants in the unit, so just be aware if you have food in the room. That particular room was rather small, but still cozy. On the whole, I would stay here again and I would recommend others to as well!

The best view ever. We could never get sick of it. The host was super friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was a pleasure to stay in and very central. Highly recommend!

Penny is an excellent hostess, and it was great to live in her daughter's former apartment for 10 days. She goes above and beyond any hostess duties and made this the best AirBnB experience I ever had. Her caring for guests is remarkable from transportation to and from the airport, showering me with fruit and water and bringing me an office chair, since I had a lot of work to do while there. The WiFi is excellent, and the TV has lots of English programs, even without personal streaming subscriptions. The street is very authentic, a busy mixture of people, cars and mopeds. The Bangkok Conference Center is within easy walking distance. The shopping options (especially for clothes at incredible prices) are endless! A 7/11 is in the same building and there are heaps of restaurants and food vendors all over. BigC is a huge supermarket and department store, just a 10-minute walk away. All around, I sure hope to stay there at my (hopefully soon) next visit to Bangkok!

Can't complain about anything. Everything was perfect. The apartment is comfortable, nice, well equipped. The location couldn't be better. It's near a central BTS station, so you can get pretty much anywhere in the city while avoiding the traffic. And there are great places to eat around. Host responds very fast and they provided clear instructions. Very helpful and friendly.

Booked this place because it close to Thong Lor, The stay was definitely one of the better ones in Bangkok. Shower was pristine and clean with working drainage, some places do not do plumbing properly and sometimes the shower doesn’t drain water properly but Thapanees place was 10/10 to my high standards of what was to be expected in a bathroom with no room for complaints at all. Communication was almost instant if not anything but very responsive host along with local recommendations from Thapanees herself further made the stay more enjoyable. Aircon was ice cold and room was quiet with no complaints for noise from me at all as the room is far up from the noise anyway. Everything in this stay made it very comfortable enough for me as if I had never left my home. The only thing that could make this stay even more complaint is a hair dryer. Stay came with a few complimentary waters and tea which is always nice to have in the fridge. They also provided few bathroom amenities.

Very nice place. Very good host. We felt at home and had a lovely stay in Bangkok. Thong Lo is not central, but with Grab and transportation on the river it went easily. We enjoyed our stay at Glamloft and Sadek gets 5 stars gets great weather.

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

A great place to stay in Bangkok. Very private condo on Soi 11 with many restaurants available in a close proximity. The host is very responsive and very supportive in allowing for an easy check in. The place has every amenity you would need for a longer or shorter duration of time in Bangkok. Would highly recommend for couples or single travelers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bang rak is a great spot to stay with many good restaurants and a more local feel. Close to Yaowarat and a BTS. The place was very clean and quiet. The design was very clean and nice. We loved every minute of it. We would stay here again.

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.
