House vacation rentals in Pathio District

The owner was very helpful and arranged a car to pick us up from the trainstation st night. There is a locker for the key at the gate to let yourself in. Air conditioning works well. Two bathrooms are great and the pool is supernice and clean. When we ran out of gas for the stove, the owner had a guy replace it in an hour. And and invidible lady left us clean sheets and towels every week. A 7/11 is in an easy walking distance but for the market you need a Scooter, which we rented from a nice lady near the beach. We also rented a car from her to drive to Ranong to visit Koh Phayam Island in the Andaman sea and Chumphon national park. There are a couple of nice restaurants close in a walking distance and two guys making rotis drive around the village in the evening on their Scooters. We spent a wonderful very hot month there in april. It was so hot, we walked to the store at night and swam in the pool every day. The sea got too warm to swim in but the beach is beautiful for walking.

Very good place to stay, the owner replies very quickly, the place is also very easy to find, located in the city of Chunpeng, the rooms are also very clean, very comfortable stay!

We had some perfect calm days in Nicks House! Beautiful nature, super friendly lady that showed us the area, the farm and drove us to a lake with a lot of fishes. Fresh fruits, nice pool and silence.

We had some great days with the family in Jean’s wonderful house. Very kind people at the resort and Jean is an amazing host ☀️

A very spacious and remote place directly at the beach. If you are looking for solitude and a peaceful time apart from any tourism, that’s the spot.

We stayed here at Chiara's place for 6 nights. We enjoyed it very much. We felt very comfortable. We explored Chumphon by scooter and we will definitely come back. The sea is about 3 minutes away by scooter. Chiara and her husband were very friendly hosts. The small kitchen has everything you need to cook something quick. And the beds were very comfortable. The curtains also darkened well.

An amazing place for those who love peace and tranquility. This is not a wild place alone with nature, but there are almost no people. Don't look for luxury beaches. they are not here. But the unit has everything for a comfortable life: a full set of dishes and household appliances, a TV and the Internet, as well as very comfortable hard mattresses, which Thailand generally pleased and surprised me with. Another positive aspect is that there is a train station nearby, from where you can get to anywhere in the country. but still the main advantage of living in this place is the people. The host family met me at the station and treated me like family. we were constantly in touch, went together to the market, to the store, and for a small fee - to the regional center of Chumphon. These are very decent, honest, friendly and sympathetic people! Thanks to them for the warm welcome!

The accommodation is excellent—very warm and feels just like home. It’s close to the beach, just a road crossing away. Additionally, there’s a market and a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this place!
