Apartment was clean, and I do not usually say this about Airbnb properties. There’s a big helpful map of El Chalten trails inside. 2 nice coffee places nearby. Bedroom and living space are well separated even though there is no door. Martina is a great host. Totally would recommend.

We've been traveling in Patagonia for 5 weeks, and this is the best lodging we've had. The proprietor, Fran, was very responsive. He let us check in early, arranged laundry service, and let us store bags while we were out backpacking. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

This place is excellent. We feel like home, and everything is wonderful. Guillermo is such a nice person. When you go to this place, you just feel like it. I have a bad memory in buenosires, but this place heals to me. I strongly recommend this place.

Check-in was easy, the variability was good, the host is attentive to the needs of people checking in, an individual approach, and there were minor issues that were quickly resolved by the reception staff during the stay. The property is equipped with all necessary amenities for the comfortable stay.

Very aggreable stay, the apartment is impeccable, is located in the heights of the city but enjoys a beautiful view of the coast, the canal and the mountains. The hosts are very responsive and left a nice welcome "picada". Rudimentary amenities like hangers or some cooking utensils are missing, but all the necessities are there. I highly recommend it!

A place to feel at home, or even better. The location is perfect, it really encourages you to walk to the main points. It is a few blocks from the downtown area and has all the amenities nearby, which can be reached on foot. The place is very warm, very well decorated and accompanied by a traveler spirit, which makes you connect a lot during the stay. As a plus, the view of the lake and the mountains makes it perfect! Super quiet and peaceful to rest. Finally, we left the car in front of the apartment and it was safe the whole time and we found a spot easily. Gustavo is very cool and always kind and helpful. Highly recommended and we'll be back for sure!

This place is perfect. It is well located in a cute and quiet neighborhood, you can walk to the entire center and it is safe. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. Small details like tea, extra bed linen, good hairdryer, clothes iron etc. Heating works great. The host was always attentive and very accommodating. Bonus track to the autonomous check-in and out process, I would come back happily.

The apartment is very comfortable and very clean according to the photos of the site, overlooking the mountains and you can see the Beagle Canal. Very well equipped, it has everything you need for cooking and toiletries. Everything is a good quality. Very comfortable bedding, spacious and hot shower, washer and dryer, plus dishwasher and hair dryer. Numerous storage spaces are provided. There is also coffee and tea. There is parking on request as well. Mathias is responsive, very friendly and always available to advise on places of interest in the region and communication is excellent. The place is a little far from the city but it is very easy to walk and Uber works perfectly. A safe and quiet neighborhood near supermarkets and restaurants. I 100% recommend it and will happily return there on my next trip to Ushuaia.

Excellent experience!! The apartment is VERY well located, you can walk around the center of Pucón, the lake is an 8-minute walk away and the area is really nice! The apartment is in excellent condition, everything is tidy, and well-equipped Maria Paz is always attentive and very loving! RECOMMENDED!! 10/10

The place has good facilities and electrical components plus utensils for everything you need. It is comfortable for three people, with easy access to blocks from the civic center. Good heating.

We spent one night, a warm apartment, it was impeccably clean and with everything you need.

Ideal, quiet, 10 minutes by car from the waterfront. While the parking is indeed narrow, we were able to fit a large jeep in without any problems. Ana María is very attentive and is available if needed. The cabin is ideal with its two rooms on the second floor. We didn't cook any day, but it had everything to do so.

Very cozy house, it has everything you need in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The room has 2 closets where we keep our items and clothes. Mrs. Miroslava was waiting for us with some sandwiches and was very kind in explaining everything about the house. The other day he sent us some very delicious fried things for eleven o'clock. Very spacious apartment, incredible views of the Beagle. Well-equipped kitchen and modern shower. The arrival is surprising due to the exterior appearance of the property that the family is building, but the interior is perfect. The area is very quiet, very comfortable if you have a car.
