Really enjoyed our overnight stay . We were very comfortable and found the little house quite charming with everything we needed.Emmanuela and her husband were absolutely lovely in meeting and greeting us . The view from the balcony is absolutely delightful and only 5 mins stroll into town centre for bars and coffee shops /croissants. As we were there Easter Monday evening, restaurants were closed as everyone was celebrating in a communal event in the central park ( we joined in for a early eve drink ! 😃) but am sure usually there would be places open to eat .

Christian was an exquisite and very helpful host. The house is even more beautiful than the photos and has all the necessary amenities. Very close to the supermarket for any need. The bike path to the center of Borgo Hermada allowed my daughter to move independently with the scooter. Exceptional stay. We really thank Christian for always being ready to accommodate every request. Very close to the Borgo Hermada riding club for those who, like my daughter, participate in horse riding competitions. We recommend it to everyone! And we hope to return soon to take a dip in the beautiful private pool!

The word "sensational" cannot accurately describe Giosy, her mother (Mrs. Assenta) and her apartment! It is wonderful, a charm with "vintage" air, you feel in the 1950s! All clear, all charming, a hot, delicious bath, a very good WI-FI and a splendid view of the region of Minturno! Giuseppina is fantastic as a host and did not miss any details! One of the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in!! Enjoy to know the region well. There's a lot to do! Note 1000! Super recommend!!

Small apartment but equipped with everything you need for a stay of two people. Roberta welcomed us and helped us find the accommodation right away and explained everything with courtesy and friendliness. Very equipped kitchen, bathroom with very large shower. In addition, free use of umbrellas and deck chairs is provided. The property faces directly to the beach through a private gate, very important service in addition to free parking inside the property right in front of the house.

Giovanni's apartment was very cosy and provided everything I needed for a couple of restful days. The town is very small but there are villages close by with restaurants and shops. The highlight is the location, especially if you want to do some hiking. Above all, Giovanni was extremely kind, bringing me food when I arrived late, and also personally helping me fix an issue with my car. I would recommend this stay purely because Giovanni is a generous and kind person.

We had a great stay in a charming town of Falvaterra, a good base for speleology trekking in the nearby cave and Montecassino abbey.

A peaceful and beautiful setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from the indoor comfort to the magical atmosphere that prevails here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the weather was ideal. A true haven of peace where you want to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to experience them fully. A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need — and more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to charge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!
