There is a wholesale very close to the house which facilitates a lot (you can walk) , Jeferson very attentive , carried out the maintenance of the pool daily ensuring the excellence in the service ❤️ congratulations my family loved it

very good, quiet and safe place, very close beach, the house is very comfortable for 6 people, has 3 pools, small medium and a large one and has a block within the condominium. There are small markets nearby, and others larger for about 10 minutes. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

The house is very consistent with the listing and photos, close to the sea and in a quiet place. Edgar has always been quick to respond and attentive to us.

Aline Farias is an excellent hostess , always responds quickly with a lot of attention and cordiality . The house is exactly as advertised with all the necessary utensils , furniture and amenities. We highlight the existing suites one for each room, which gives a lot of privacy , also the cleaning and conservation of the swimming pool is a complimentary point. We definitely recommend and will be back at a later opportunity.

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Milene the best host who can have a place away from home, excellent facilities, very good location 100 meters from the beach and between Torres and Capao do Canoa, a strategic location ideal for getting to know the surroundings of Arroio do Sal, the center is 3km from the house and is very nice and moving!! The place of the pool is much nicer than in photos, we were surprised for good! 100% recommended, you get tranquility and if you want to move there is also a circle! Come and meet Milene you won't regret it!!!

The atmosphere is quite pleasant, standing out for the presence of an exclusive balcony and barbecue, in addition to two pools shared with the other apartments. It is close with the quiet beach of Itapeva, and can be reached on foot. Downtown Torres is approximately a 15-minute drive away, with easy access by the Sea Road.
