Vacation rentals with beach access in Passaic County

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

This was a great stay and very conveniently located. We had easy access to the metro (3 min walk to the A line) for when we wanted to head into Manhattan, but also a parking spot for when we wanted to drive out to Long Island. The place itself was also spacious and comfortable.

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

This was just what we needed. A nice escape from the city. The lake is gorgeous and the quiet was phenomenal. Not gonna lie the steps are a workout, but since that was the only con, it was a totally worth it. Besides, meant I didn’t have to worry about missing workouts. The apartment was so cute and cozy. Everything was super clean. When I had any questions, they were answered immediately. Thank you so much for a great stay.

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting family in Brooklyn. It was far enough away from the hustle & bustle that we were able to easily find a place to park our car on the street so we could use the transit system during our visit. Latanya responded quickly to messages I sent her. Overall, a great stay!

a nice house with hot tub & the essentials & games very close to lake access, Mountain Creek, farm, & drive in movie theater! Kimberly was very responsive and shared helpful info about the house and helping us to know what we needed to pack or was provided! House is even nicer, more spacious living/sleeping space than listing/photos!

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! We had a nice stay with our baby and 3 year old. We really appreciated that Michael set up a pack n play set up for the baby. Michael provided some books and toys that entertained my older child, perfect for our rainy day. We played on the beach for a few minutes and that was fun even in the rain. I can tell the lake must be fantastic in the summer. There are two steps down from the kitchen to the laundry room, but the huge kitchen and open floor plan made it easy to keep our eye on our baby to ensure he didn’t crawl down the steps.

Pristine home! Quiet weekend away with an amazing view of the lake from the patio. House had everything we needed and the pool table was a bonus! Hope to stay here again!

The photos don’t do this place justice - it’s truly a special little corner of the world and exceptionally relaxing. Everything we needed was there and Marce/Kylie were exceptionally responsive. This was one of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had in a long while; the house was perfect, and Marce / Kylie went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We have every intention of returning again in fall ‘25.

Salma is an amazing host , who made sure to check in with me to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The unit is as described , and the neighborhood is peaceful . I would definitely stay again ! A++

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Nick was a great host, very responsive and always happy to help. He made us feel right at home with helpful tips and a super clear house manual. Using the projector on the nights in was a treat, and we enjoyed surrounding bars and restaurants! I will definitely come back and would recommend it to others.
