The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

Perfect find - beautiful apartment, exceptionally quiet considering it is on the lower level, awesome view from the patio, all amenities that one could need - in addition, Michelle is awfully considerate and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to my next stay.

Wow, what a place!!!!! Everyone could be so lucky to not only stay here but have such a wonderful host as Beth was for us! The home is a little slice of paradise for anyone wanting to just decompress, relax and also enjoy the water and abundance of nature surrounding this home. From the inside being spotless, comfy to the amazing yard and views, this property is better in person in every way. Thank you for hosting us Beth, we loved it!!!

Above & beyond! The home was in a great spot with an excellent price. Tim was extremely accommodating with our requests and communication was perfect. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs and butter. The cupboards were stocked with staples and all the supplies we needed - toilet soap, shampoo, Kleenex, paper towels, bath towels, snacks, granola bars, etc. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would use again. Thank you!

We just spent our second holiday week at Mark’s house and again, we had a WONDERFUL experience!! Mark could not be more friendly and helpful!! He was very flexible with the check in and super friendly and responsive the couple of times we reached out with questions. The house is GREAT!! So well maintained, LOTS of fun things to do inside and outside, and SO clean and homey. We really could not ask for more!! Looking forward to (hopefully) more holiday weeks here!!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

Had a wedding at the Chesapeake yacht club and its location worked great! Beat staying in a noisy hotel. Loved sitting on the dock. Very quiet place to relax. House looks small but that is deceiving. Place has room for everyone to Find their own quite relaxing space.

The description of Joel's Annapolis home is an accurate description of his wonderful home. The most outstanding features of this property are: the waterfront location --> unobstructed panoramic views; serene setting on a quiet street and there are lots of other pluses. The house was super comfortable. Everything was in working order. I appreciated the workout equipment --> not lots of stuff but enough to get some indoor exercise that I like to do each day. Walking up and down the street --> neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is fabulous. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center of things to do and see in Annapolis. While we did not use much of the outside furniture, the outside furniture is plentiful and looks comfortable. A big thing for us is cleanliness --> the house is immaculate. We will probably make a return trip in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to stay here again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Highly recommend Ann’s place! We traveled with our toddler, and it was perfect for him. They supplied a pack and play and tons of board books. My only thing to note is that the walkway to the space is not paved so be aware with small children and suitcases.

My partner and I both stayed here during my visit to MD. I absolutely loved this home. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The beds and blankets were so soft and it was a peaceful stay with our own entrance/exit. Denise was extremely kind and helpful, even reassuring me when I accidentally broke a magnet clip. My partner and I adore this home and will be staying here again if its available for our next trip. Here is what my partner had to say: Okay so some things i wanted to talk about: the catering was LOVELY. Great assortment of snacks and even a delicious maryland pastery that I didnt know existed (as a maryland native) Such clean, caring, and kind people that really did think of everything. One little note, if you are tall at all, there is a hanging lamp in the living room. Do NOT walk with your head down. Or you will bump into it. I had some close calls being 6'3 haha. Not a demerit on there end but something to be cautious of nonetheless!

This was our first time in Washington DC. This location is great with close access to the Capitol and surrounding monuments and museums. Elizabeth is very kind and helpful with places to go and things to do. There is a great neighborhood breakfast shop very close by and easy access to the subway and shared ride companies are easy to use at this location. The apartment is very cute, comfortable, and clean and Elizabeth provided many amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. If we come back to visit DC, we will definitely look to stay here again! We have even recommended to our kids the next time they visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay Elizabeth!!

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

My family and I spent the weekend in Washington, D.C., and we were fortunate to find Emily's place at the last minute after our previous arrangements fell through. It was a wonderful experience, and the hosts were lovely people! The only challenge we encountered was the noise in the early hours of the day. However, I don't consider this a complaint; it's just something to keep in mind when booking a co-living space. We discussed the possibility of noise with Emily beforehand, so again, it's something to be mindful of. Overall, meeting this interesting and cool family and their dog Charlie was a good experience and an absolute pleasure!

Great home, very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Easy access to trails/nature and the city. Looks exactly like the pictures and slept very well on the comfy bed. Highly recommended.

For our visit to Maryland, we wanted a place that's clean, safe, quiet and relatively affordable, knowing we'd spend most of our time out and about and just come back to sleep, and Geetank's place was just that. First off, the entire driveway is reserved for guests' use. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and clean. All the furniture is simple and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but also close to shops and restaurants. Geetank greeted us the moment we arrived. The next morning, when part of our family flew in on a red-eye flight and needed to catch up on sleep until noon, Greetank kept his upstairs noise to the minimum for the entire time and our family appreciate his extra effort. If we were to visit Maryland again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Great place for a getaway! St. Michael’s is a wonderful town and so easy to get to from this lovely place! Was perfect location for our family ladies trip- plenty of space and just a quick trip down town to the shops and restaurants! - I think we’ll be back!

Staying at Shawna and Keith's cabin was a wonderful experience. Peaceful and serene, it was relaxing just to wake up in this private oasis. Shawna and Keith were very friendly and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. They even provided items for some of the activities we decided to try while staying there. The cabin was clean, quaint, quiet, well-equipped; and looked exactly as described. We would definitely return for another weekend getaway! Thanks again!

What a gem! This cabin hidden in the woods is a perfect getaway location! The cabin itself has great heat and A/C (I got to experience both over 3+ weeks!), excellent hot water pressure in the shower, and the most comfortable bed! In addition, it's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! Beyond the cabin, the woods are so peaceful, with deer, foxes, squirrels, and badgers! The dogs and I loved our multiple walks per day with not a person in sight. To top it off, Ted is the nicest host I've ever had! So wonderfully friendly and responsive. I hope to stay here again soon!

Our family (Myself, husband and 3 teenage boys) stayed here twice. Once on the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts and changed our original plans on the way back to stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable location with plenty of space for our family. Just over a half hour to Baltimore and just over an hour to D.C. which my family loved because we planned to sightsee in the city. We got to do all the city things and come back to a quiet, cozy beautiful farm that had great energy. We saw deer along the roadside every evening we heading back as well. Restaurants, gas stations, stores etc were within minutes. Everyone loved looking out the window and seeing those majestic cows, chickens and farmland. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities you could need while traveling and then some. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The host were very friendly, accomodating and responsive.We highly recommend and hope to stay again during our future travels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alexander and his wife's charming cottage, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Alex and his wife were incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage itself was cozy and well-maintained, offering everything we required for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunset views. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the dock was simply mesmerizing. The location is also ideal—just a short 10-minute drive to downtown St. Michaels, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops and restaurants. The hosts truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, and it shows in every aspect of their hospitality. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable retreat.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the beach house. The home is very well equipped and stocked and the town is gorgeous. We will be happy to stay again!

We loved being in the woods and right by the river. Access to kayaks was a big draw. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We also loved being just a quick drive to Chestertown.
