Supermarket Tavria V, public transport and taxi stop, shops, pharmacy just 1-3 minutes walk. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, rain shower. This is a really well-equipped and secure apartment. We can also organize a transfer / meeting at the airport and railway station for a fee. Enjoy the comfort!)

A cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the center of Nikolaev with all the necessary equipment for your stay awaits you! In the hall there is a folding sofa, air conditioner, a small table. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with soft unobtrusive light. The kitchen has all the basic cooking tools. The bathroom has a washing machine. Жилье находится в самом центре. Вся компания оценит близость к достопримечательностям. У этой квартиры есть особая ценность, это первая квартира Константина Меладзе. Тут были придуманы и записаны первые песни композитора, который жил в городе Николаеве. До сих пор живут соседи, которые помнят его песни, которые со временем стали популярными в Украине

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and made check-in a breeze, with great flexibility that made my arrival stress-free.
