Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Finally, a small sleeping area with a single bed and a small dressing room.

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Located just 1.5 hours from Paris, we welcome you to our pleasant and spacious cottage, completely renovated in the Champagne style. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. Upstairs: four 140x190cm beds.
