Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parramatta

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Abraham’s place. The place itself is very spacious and large, so it easily accommodated my guests. Abraham was very prompt and easy to communicate with throughout our time there, which we appreciated. If I were staying in that suburb again, I would definitely consider staying here again. Cheers!

My family spent 4 weeks at this property and it was fantastic! Located in a beautiful area, with easy access to shops and highways. It met all our needs and was our little home away from home, we would definitely recommend!

What a lovely home away from home. Comfy beds, well set up kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Close to trains for access to city/Olympic Park. Located on a busy road but was quiet inside the house. Good security, Aircon/heating, large TV with streaming access and spacious living area made it an enjoyable stay for a family with teenagers. Thank you to Steven & Sophie who were very welcoming, and great with prompt communications.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. Everything was clean and tidy and so welcoming. Our daughter had stayed here last year and told us how good it was. We have grandchildren that live a few minutes away and this was perfect as close enough to be together but also a little reprieve from the high level energy. All the lovely touches were much appreciated and the couch was just so comfy to relax after a busy morning. No complaints at all, it was all fab (and I think I'm quite fussy too). Thank you so much Kaye, I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended !!

I wanted to stay here because it reminded me of my childhood home, not to mention the detail Jodie puts in this Airbnb, reading the book they had left, they'd spent nearly 2 years creating such a beautiful home , not only is Jodie accommodating but also cleanliness was on point , jodie had everything you needed, down to milk for your coffee or washing powder for ur clothes, Needless taking into account the outdoor patio, appears like you have simply wandered into a fairytale dream. This is a must if you prefer cooking on the barbeque or lounging around an outdoor space hearing birds next door singing and saying good morning to you. I would strongly recommend staying in this home because it's one of a kind, as is the host. Thank you for hosting me again, I really appreciate it.

Everything is good. My family member like the House. It accomodate with private restroom and kitchen. The house owner and his mother is grateful. Thanks for David's Hospitality.

Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. Our stay was fantastic, the apartment was beautiful and clean. we were well accommodated by John who also set up a portacot for our toddler. Great place and host, can't fault a thing!

The view from Alisa’s apartment is just amazing in the photos but even better in real life!! Our two night stay during Vivid made it all the more special. Watching the lights from the living room was just mesmerising. Lovely local restaurants and a 5 min walk to the train made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful apartment in such a central location. Made it very easy to walk and explore and catch public transport to traipse the city. Very spacious apartment with a beautiful outdoor area too. We got to see the fireworks as part of vivid on both nights which was quite special! The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, and clean. Baby cot, high chair and even a simple stroller were made available to us. Very grateful. If you’re just staying in the 2 main rooms, the heating is adequate for the winter but the study can get quite cold (Volker may already be looking into this!) otherwise. Also, do take note that there’s still stairs to navigate despite there being a lift.. so may not be so friendly for those with mobility issues or can’t carry their heavy bags. Everything else was great! Volker as a host was also always responsive and was a great listener to our needs before our trip and was very receptive to feedback after. Thank you!

I love the stay! I was there for 5 nights and 6 days and honestly could not get enough! From the beautiful kitchen where I spent some time cooking it was very easy to use well equipped as well. The dining table was large and comfortable. The tv and couch were such a wonderful pair! Especially since they could recline I loved kicking my feet back and just resting and watching a bit of tv. The balcony was such a beautiful view the sunset could be perfectly seen from there and could also see the waterfront! The bedroom was cute and cosy, perfect storage space and bathroom was well equipped as well. Communication between me and Alexi Stays was perfect they answered any and all questions I had and were very nice and clear. 10/10 would stay again in the future!!

A really cozy, charming, homely and warm space in a great location. Isabella’s apartment has a really lovely feel to it. Peaceful <3 Lots of really good and diverse food nearby too!

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

This stay was amazing. It had all the amenities you needed for a nice weekend away and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very kind and responded to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
