Brand new studio in the penthouse, furnished and very well located. Quiet building, with swimming pool, barbecue area, laundry and fitness center. Close to one of the most traditional parks in São Paulo, which is Independence Park (800), the famous Ipiranga Museum and Paulista Avenue, as well as a market, Vila Mariana subway station (5 minutes by car/Uber or 23 minutes on foot), shopping malls, bars and the region's ample gastronomy. In the apartment, we have utensils for preparing meals and we also have bed linen and towels.
