Bright, quiet apartment with balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1500 m above sea level plus separate small room. You have the whole ski resort Lenzerheide/Arosa within walking distance in front of you! 10 km cross-country ski trails right by the house. In summer, the "Bike Kingdom" of Lenzerheide. Cool nights in summer (we don't need air conditioning!) Playground in the village and beautiful hiking trails right behind the house or close by. The last house on the edge of the village, with a small forest to the north. Well connected by public transport. Access to the house.
