Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Parole

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

A beautiful, elegant space with plush couches, super comfortable king bed and everything you could possibly need! Even extras like a fireplace and dual headed shower you can actually walk around in. The kitchen area was very well stocked and neatly layed out. Great location near so many things to do in Baltimore. Instructions were clear and things well labeled. We felt so well rested and had so much fun in the area. John was thorough with instructions and great to communicate with. If we have the chance to go back Baltimore we’re definitely staying here! I’ve always wanted to stay in a city apartment with tall ceilings and (some) brick walls and it was just so lovely! 10/10!!!!!!

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

It was great to be in peaceful Eastport during commissioning where downtown gets pretty noisy. Amazing restaurants nearby and its only about a mile walk to the Naval Academy and downtown areas.

Kevin's place was perfect for us and had everything we needed for two couples and long time friends to catch up. It was a short drive to downtown Annapolis but also secluded and private and away from the hustle and bustle when we wanted it. Thanks so much. We will come again if we get the chance!

We had a great stay for CW25! The location is ideal for easy access to USNA and all that downtown has to offer. The home was exceptionally well appointed and spotless . The decor is beautiful Beds /linens were all very comfortable ( with a huge variety of pillow options which was so appreciated !)and the blackout shades in the bedrooms made for a great nights sleep.Kate is a wonderful and responsive host. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

As advertised. The Keurig with a bunch of coffee cups was especially appreciated.

Above & beyond! The home was in a great spot with an excellent price. Tim was extremely accommodating with our requests and communication was perfect. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs and butter. The cupboards were stocked with staples and all the supplies we needed - toilet soap, shampoo, Kleenex, paper towels, bath towels, snacks, granola bars, etc. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would use again. Thank you!

We booked Laura’s property 2 years in advance for Commissioning Week. Throughout the 2 years she answered our questions quickly and effectively. The house had room for 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 1 sibling. Basement area is nice and private. The house looked just like the pictures. The driveway is hard to get out of during busy times, as it is on a roundabout. However, it was easily walkable to the stadium in less than 13 mins (perfect for graduation/commissioning week, as you have to pay for parking if you want to take the shuttle from the stadium to the yard). It is also walkable along West St, where all the shops and restaurants are. The furthest restaurant is 1 mile away, but there are many spots that are closer. It’s about 1.2 miles from Gate 1. You can take the free downtown shuttle that goes along West St if you don’t want to walk all the way. Overall a great place to stay when visiting a Midshipman or celebrating graduation!

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

I had a amazing time at Cyndi's place in West Annapolis. Sweet neighborhood to walk around, super comfortable beds so friends I was visiting with could stay overnight if it was too late to drive home, walking distance to a coffee and ice cream shop, and easy drive into downtown Annapolis and also DC and Baltimore to visit friends.

This Airbnb was amazing!! Honestly even cuter in person compared to the photos! I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!! 10/10 experience!

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were in town for Maryland Deathfest. The place was located within walking distance of everything we needed.

We had a great time once again staying here. It is just steps from the main gate of USNA and the downtown activities and restaurants. Caite was also responsive and very flexible with us and our needs.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.
