Very nice quaint place by a calm lake. We arrived in late afternoon and the scene was beautiful. Some renovations were taking place outside, but this didn’t disturb our visit (no active working, just in progress). It’s a good sign when the owner makes improvements. Sauna was a nice extra that my sister enjoyed.

A wonderful villa with huge property and small lake (in which we even bathed). The house is spacious and very fully furnished. The beautiful garden is well maintained and offers a great view. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Niklas was flawless. Niklas has written an above-average number of house rules, which are best read before booking. We had a lovely stay and can recommend the place!

Wonderful apartment in Viljandi with everything you need. Triin is a friendly and helpful hostess. We were traveling with a 2-month-old child. There was a crib with a duvet and an extra children's bath towel. The apartment is sufficiently large, modernly furnished and in top condition. A clear recommendation!

Great house, spacious, well equipped, very quiet, a lot of things to do: go to the forest, swim in the small river, paddle and rowing boat on the river, 20 minutes drive from the great beach on the sea. Easy to find/check-in. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cosy little house and beautiful location (close from Viljandi, garden, lake nearby with possibility to use the small boat). We didn't use the saunas but it must be surely very nice to use the one near the lake. Organization with Meriliis was smooth and she even brought us cucumbers and tomatoes from her garden !

The sleeping area features a dark upholstered bed with a quilted cover and a bedside lamp. A bean bag sits adjacent to the bed, and a television is on a white unit that also holds books. Light wood flooring complements the room design, enhancing the cozy ambiance.

Really nice apartment with small garden, nice furniture, big and very comfortable bed, intresting interior design, lots of colors and art. Very kind and welcoming host.

A wooden deck features several folding chairs arranged alongside the entrance. The design showcases clean lines and natural materials, while the surrounding trees and body of water are visible in the background under bright daylight.

A perfect stay in a beautiful apartment recently renovated! The sauna was a real delight and the rooms were spacious. He doesn't have an elevator or a microwave but we managed to do without it. We recommend!!

The photos don't do the place justice at all! The area is really cozy and swimming lake is great with quiet boat to borrow. We had the whole area to ourselves as we were the only guests in the total 5 cabins/houses. Total silence and nicely marked 5 km walk in the forest is described on the sign for driveway. The beds were good and the place nice for the price.

A very beautiful cottage with practical equipment. Situated in the middle of calm forests and within reach of a middle sized pond where one can swim in summer. Tiina owns the talent to make you feel welcome at her place in a very natural, warm way. And the silence of the surrounding is a great adventure of being "out in the nowhere". Yet you can find the supermarkets for your daily needs within a couple of minutes drive by car. We had a very good time here.
