Amazing sweet and helpful host! the place was neat, tidy with a cleaner who attended every couple of days. Fantastic stay, highly recommend.

Overall we had a good start at Olushola's place. He was very responsive and on top of everything, he also provided complementary drinks and wine. We did have a number of issues while we were there but he stepped up to resolve them as soon as possible. It was easy to get in an out of the estate as they operated a "code system" which was sent to us daily without fail. The apartment is also within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. However, it is also worth noting a couple of cons: 1. the washing machine is semi-automatic 2. the building's gym is open (quite warm) and some of the machines e.g. treadmill do not work

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The apartment was absolutely stunning and liked even better in real life. Amazing location and great pool. Honestly don’t hesitate to book this place !!! You will absolutely love it. The host was responsive and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. I would 100% recommend this place and will be booking again for my next stay

My stay in Ehis’s place was phenomenal. Despite some minor challenges, Ehis was still flexible which ensured for peace of mind in my stay. He assisted to arranging an airport transfer which also facilitated ease in getting to the location and checked in. The place itself is spacious, clean, and in a great location for food, community, and attractions. Security and amenities were also great. I had minor issues with pro activity, response times, lighting being out, and some appliances not working but did not greatly impact my stay. I also would’ve appreciated some information related to the area such as gate closures etc, and any restrictions in the area which weren’t included in the listing. All in all, this was a great stay in a perfect location, and Ehis was great as well. I would definitely rebook if available and accepted.

Home away from home This place is top notch and quality. I felt like I was home. A serene location within the chaos of Lagos. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The property manager/host was responsive to any concerns raised (to be honest there were no concerns, more like questions). Cleaning services twice a week and location is quite secure. This is my favorite place I have stayed so far visiting Lagos. I definitely will be booking it again for my next visit. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

We needed a calm, peaceful, and quiet place to spend my time while in Lagos. Treasure's apartment provided all that. The personal welcome on the second day added an even more warm touch to our experience. She was also really helpful, considerate, and responsive with the few requests we had. The place offered all the amenities listed. We needed a place not too far from the airport; and being just about 10 minutes drive away, it is the perfect choice. All in all, the service was worth the fee and we will definitely make Treasure's place our first consideration whenever we need to be in Lagos again.

I’ve stayed here 4-5 times and it’s my go-to whenever I’m in Lagos, especially with plans on the island. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, bars, and attractions in Ikoyi, VI, and Lekki. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with great views of VI from the balcony. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Even when I wasn’t staying here once, they let me use the WiFi, which was very accommodating. Security at the gate is attentive. The only minor issue is water leaking under the shower door, but a towel on the floor fixes it. The area is walkable if you’re street-smart, though some people may ask for money, which is common in Lagos. Otherwise, Uber/Bolt is reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend staying here—always a solid choice for me.

The room is clean and very comfortable, big bed. Gibson and all the staff were very friendly I would definitely go back to stay longer when I'm next in Lagos, a very good rate for the location!

I rarely buy anything without checking the reviews. However, despite Oluwadamilare's place being new and not having any, I felt the pictures were good enough to proceed with the booking. It turned out to be a great choice. The apartment was exactly as described. I was blown away by how spacious, clean, and tidy it was. The apartment also had all the amenities that made it a great stay. Power was 24/7, and the cleaner did an outstanding job every time he showed up. The tranquil nature of the building and neighborhood made it easy to work, and the security was top-notch. Oluwadamilare was a great host, always checking daily if I had any issues or concerns. This listing honestly exceeded the description and my expectations. The building was VERY secure, gated with 24/7 security, doorman, and receptionist. The elevators require specific keys to even use them. Second, the space was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable. Additionally, the building had the most amazing amenities. If we come back, this is the only place I’d stay. And the host was very responsive and helpful. I can’t express how great of a time we had here.

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. There was construction during the day, but nothing that disturbed me too much. The water ran yellow and sometimes brown and the lights went off occasionally, but the lights were quickly restored each time with a back up generator. The excellent service and apartment made all the negatives easy to deal with. I will definitely rebook when I return to Nigeria. I absolutely adored it!
