JUST LISTED -NEW-JUNE 1st, 2021. This very private River retreat is located at the end of a secluded road but close to the Yellowstone Highway. It is perfect for two people to stay, relax and travel to all the sites but it also has a couch that could be used for another. It has three separate high end televisions and all new appliances and furniture. It is about 17 miles to Cody, WY and 30 miles to the East Entrance to Yellowstone. It has a large outdoor table, grill and fire pit. ENJOY

You can rent and stay in one of our fully furnished tipis near our fishing pond. The tipis have charcoal only grills, picnic tables, and there is a community fire pit nearby. There are clean laundry, bathroom, and shower facilities near the office, just up a small hill from the tipis. There is electricity available for guests with medical needs. NOTE: These are canvas tipis, which means the doors cannot be locked, there are holes in the top for airflow, and there is no wifi or running water.

We LOVED our stay! The location was absolutely perfect. It had just the right amount of space and amenities we needed. The hosts had great communication.

We had a Wonderful Stay! The Hosts thought of everything and the unit was very welcoming, comfortable, and clean! The sound of the water was so relaxing to sit by in the evenings with a book and our children had plenty of fun things to do from the basketball court, trampoline, and inside activities! We even had deer pass by our window in the morning! We would definitely recommend this unit to others and will be rebooking for future visits!

This place was perfect landing location for our Old Biker Couples Crew. Very Spacious with indoor parking for our Touring Bikes. Great Location- right between Cody, Red Lodge and the scenic Chief Joseph Highway. We were awestruck by the Gorgeous views and sat on the patio to enjoy the majestic creek. Kitchen was INCREDIBLY well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Close neighbors that were not intrusive at all. Great views right outside.

This is a place I would go over and over again. The views were amazing and when sitting on the back deck you can hear the river. The host is amazing and we had everything we needed.
