Tranquil waterfront cottage

Jo-AnnRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This Lakeside Retreat was a perfect weekend escape for two couples. In late September, we seemed to have the pond to ourselves and enjoyed sharing time around the firepit overlooking the lake. The Bathroom was spacious and one level up from the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare an excellent meal. I would highly recommend this cabin to a a small group of friends or family looking for a great location near Portland and Lake area attractions. Our host Bobbi was very responsive.

A luxury log apartment located on the Saco River

AmyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved staying at this apartment! It was just as beautiful and clean as pictured, and everything was perfectly designed for comfort - from the beautiful gas fireplace in the bedroom, the stunning bathroom with double sinks, incredible shower, and amazing soaking tub, and the gorgeous, spotless kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and store food. The setting was very tranquil; there was no noise from abutting properties and the view from the bedroom was so pretty. We’ve stayed at luxury hotels, and this apartment had a coziness and beauty that cannot be found in a larger chain/hotel. Kevin and Jeanne were very responsive to all our questions and provided clear instructions for our stay. We can’t wait to book again and could picture staying there absolutely any time of year and loving it! Thank you for being great hosts!

This property was awesome we were all very happy with the location, amenities, price and host. Hillary was polite and very helpful. This trip almost didn’t happen as our previous reservation was canceled 12 hours before check in from a different host. Luckily Hillary saved the week with her quick response time and answering questions about sleeping situations etc. would stay here again in a heart beat highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described and was very clean and cozy, nice private location but close to everything. We would have used the fire pit if the weather was better. Will definitely rent again

cozy 3 bedroom ranch with deck and screen porch

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

Honey Bear house Close to all Storyland & village

SharonRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We were a group of 10+ women ranging in ages from 16 to 60 something. Moms, sisters, cousins, aunties and long time friends gathering for our annual “girls weekend”. A tradition spanning over 30 plus years, our group’s dynamics may have changed a bit - but not our excitement of coming together once a year. For the size of our group we require some standard needs: enough beds to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us, a decent size cooking area, plenty of room for us to be social and room for all our vehicles. The Honey Bear House checked all those boxes. Kerri was very attentive to us, checking in on us at the start of the weekend and quickly responding to our texts. The house was as she describes it, plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls & appliances, toaster & toaster oven, drip coffee & Keurig, lots of mugs! We supplemented with paper products & personal towels. Perfect spot for an extended family gathering!

The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Waterfront Farmhouse with Modern Flair!

Tony & KellyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.
