My family and I enjoyed the stay. The space matches the photos and easily accommodated 13 people. Eduardo was understanding, helpful and organized everything in the best way. We had a little problem with the water on the first day but it was soon resolved. I recommend it.

The stay in this beach house was just wonderful! From the first contact, Nei demonstrated incredible attention and promptness. When we arrived, we came across a true refuge: a beautiful, welcoming home, impeccably clean and full of comforts. Every corner is decorated with such care and attention that it is impossible not to be enchanted. Nei thought of absolutely everything to ensure a perfect stay. From bottled water to a full, quality linen to pool towels and a fully equipped kitchen, everything was arranged for us to feel at home. The leisure area is just amazing! With a pool, hammocks, barbecue, and shower, it has become our favorite place in the house. We couldn't have asked for a more fun and relaxing weekend as a family. We are grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a special and well-maintained location. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The house is simply wonderful, with an impeccable organization and super cosy atmosphere. My stay in the case of Moacir and Andreia was simply SPECTACULAR, what a fantastic couple, the house is not even talked about, too cozy, very considerate make the guests very comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances, pans, cookware. The owners left available materials of frescobol, beach tennis and balls for leisure. We went in 17 people and we were all well accommodated. By the pictures I thought the house would be exactly in front of the beach but we have to walk about 200 meters to reach the beach. The hosts are very kind and have welcomed us very well! The beach near the house is pleasant, more private, it has a tent structure and chairs for tourists but a few days had many algae on the waterfront and on that stretch of the beach.

Totally safe location, very close to the beach, the house has all the utensils the guest needs. There were also some gifts like soaps and chocolates when we arrived, mineral water for use, a barbecue and very clean grills. In fact, my family really liked it!

The house is super clean and organized, you can see the care in every detail. Rosangela is a wonderful host… very friendly, accessible and attentive. Everything in the house is well explained, full of useful information that makes the stay easier… you can understand the affection with which everything was done. The cantinho is a delight, warm indeed… I felt at home. I have asthma and I didn't feel any discomfort… no strong mold or smells, which made all the difference to me. The condominium is great, quiet and safe. And the beach is beautiful, perfect for relaxing. An amazing experience from start to finish.

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom with 3 full baths. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. Gianmarco is a 5 star host. The apartment is clean with all the amenities, even water. Incredibly comfortable. Right across from the beach. If you are staying in Peripueria, you should absolutely stay here. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) with no elevator.

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

It really is the dream house and Andre is an exemplary and very helpful host. The house is worthy of all the praise. The access to the beach is by the gated condominium itself. The beach at the front is super quiet, ideal for children. I felt safe in the condominium, with 24h concierge and cameras. The items in the house are of quality, especially the bed and bath games. I recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and beautiful place to rest after a day of beach.

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!
