House vacation rentals in Parguera

I went to celebrate my birthday and I had a great time. Comfortable, clean, easy to reach and quiet accommodation. We loved everything.

Our family loved the air b&b, we loved the pool and the hammock area. It was about 10 mins from the town and restaurants! We would definitely book this again when we come to PR. Thank you for having us!

Carlos was very helpful and always responded quickly. The views were amazing!!! Nice big porch to play dominos and hang out even if it is raining. Nice ocean breeze, only used the ac for sleeping. The area was quiet but not very walkable because of the hills, and only a short drive to restaurants, bars and a beach. The house was big and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. But it could use a few updates. All the amenities you need even coolers and beach towels. Overall nice place.

The property is well equipped in case of power outages. Joel was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home, easy check-in. Very clean and full of amenities. The shower water was colder than expected. Would consider for future stays though.

Ken was super responsive to all our needs. He has a beautiful peaceful and spacious home, perfectly located outside of the crowded beach areas but convenient to go to the beach areas. You can also be happy just hanging out at there at home by the pool, and playing games there as well. Would definitely love to return on another trip!

The house was beautiful! Everything we expected! Private, beautiful surroundings, peace which was what we were looking for! Definitely we’ll be coming back! Had a group of 16 persons stay here. The place was as advertised and had many nice features such as multiple power outlets and games. Lisette was very responsive to any issues. Note that there are mosquitos in the open-air common areas, so come prepared with proper clothing or spray.

We had a fantastic time, we rented a boat enjoyed the water, had a great time in town. I would definitely recommend staying for a few days.

Out stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for two families of 4 each. The kids had space to play games, the adults space to chill. The patio is a beautiful spot to take a morning coffee and has a great breeze. The rental is just a 15 minute walk into town where there is lots to do.

The house is was 5 minutes from La Paguera businesses and boat rental we were using. Also there was a well-stocked pharmacy 1-2 mins away by car, which was helpful. When we arrived there was an Island wide black out which lasted over 24 hours. Luckily the house had solar power reserve battery so we were perfectly comfortable sleeping at night with AC and able to take care of all the essentials. I was anxious but the host was very responsive and helpful. It was the "best" black out I could have hoped for. Bedrooms were comfortable. The house was stocked with just the very basics, as advertised, but very comfortable. The street was a nice quite and safe development. We and the kids were very happy. Thank you1

Excellent stay The house is super-equipped, everything is very clean and well organized. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Parking is safe, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. In addition, the patio is spectacular, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the barbecue with its charcoal grill. I would definitely come back.

Home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown. The outdoor shower and hose is very convenient. The house is exactly as described with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. The outside patio is nice.

We had a lovely relaxed weekend with 4 couples staying at Mari's "stilt house" in La Parguera. The house is built right over the water with the boat dock on the front of the house. The setting was beautiful and the sunrises and sunsets were magical - we were all mesmerized by the views and the flow of boats lazily passing by the house. Although there are 5 bedrooms, there are only 2 bathrooms and the sewer system is delicate so just be prepared if you have a larger group. The air conditioning ran great in all of the bedrooms, in fact we all were quite cold the first night until we figured out the optimum temperature. The walk on the wooden walkway from the dirt parking area to the house is quite long so I would definitely recommend a wagon or cart for transporting your groceries and gear - especially the ice and drinks. It's an easy 3-5 minute walk into the local small town. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and Mari was so kind and responsive!

The rooms are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, the decoration is very nice. Even with the power outage, without warning, they left us a generator to use and to keep the things in the fridge from spoiling. We would definitely stay here again!
