No tenemos lujos, pero sí todo lo básico ara una estadía placentera. Por favor leer todos los detalles de la propiedad antes de reservar. The first floor showcases large living area with high ceilings, A/C (NEW) TV w/cable, kitchen, cooking island, 2 BaRs full bathroom, covered terrace, outdoor bbq area. The second floor: master bedroom with private terrace, 2 Bus and full bathroom. All bedrooms with A/C. 2 private docks. Quiet and very private, yet 5 min walk to Parguera town. Apartamento a minutos del poblado de La Parguera. El apartamento cuenta con estacionamientos para cuatro carros, terraza techada y baño completo en el primer nivel. Dos habitaciones y un baño, ademas de area de "laundry" en el segundo nivel, el la primera habitacion hay una cama "queen" y en la otra habitacion hay dos literas (1 cama "full" y 4 camas "twin") y en el tercer nivel esta la cocina, comedor, medio bano y sala. Tambien cuenta con balcon con una vista espectacular.

Wonderful place! Spacious, excellent location, and a great host. Will definitely be coming back. Great for a family vacation. The rooms have lots of space and the sun room was a plus! The area is peaceful yet 5 min from downtown and all the great restaurants and activities. Alonso is very kind and attentive host. We had an amazing NewYear's with a great view of all the fireworks from the spacious backyard!!

Rolando was responsive and very helpful. He let us stay later due to daughter being sick. That was a relief and we appreciated his kindness. The location is perfect- across from bakery, so we could get breakfast. 2 minute walk to many restaurants. 6 minute drive to boat ride. Condo had iron, fridge with 2 waters, extra sheets, beach towels, cups - all made our stay easy. Little balcony faces street but wasn’t loud. Parking on the side street by gate was also convenient. There is a beautiful water view on the right side if you go up to the roof. We didn’t use pool, but others did and it looked clean. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend for a visit to La Parguera.
