Just 25 minutes from Lake Der, enjoy a stay in the countryside, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped vacation home allows you to discover the vineyards and champagne tastings. This comfortable accommodation with an outdoor area offers a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, cozy and peaceful space.

Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Many walks await you, from the end of the garden. Children can help care for chickens, pheasants, horses and zebus. Motorcycles can be accommodated in a closed garage and horses in a fenced park. Plug for charging electric cars for a fee 3 adult and 1 child bikes are available to tenants

We are pleased to welcome you to our small, cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to night. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (the windows are not overlooked from the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.
