Cosy studio situated inside Zavos Palm Beach gated complex. It has a big swimming pool, tennis court, huge garden and a barbecue area. Superb location close to all local amenities like bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, world famous beach bars and night clubs. The complex is located accross the beach and there is a bus line serving the coastal route of Limassol. WiFi & parking are free of charge. The studio has been recently redecorated and looks stunning. All essential appliances are included.

Also has a shaded parking slot. Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches).
