Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pardubice Region

Our stay at Martina’s was great. It was a nice space in a quiet neighborhood. They were a very good host. Personally, I would likely not stay again even though I gave a 5-star rating. This is because, as they do detail correctly, the beds are “single” beds. Ie, they are short beds with a headboard and footboard. As a 6’0” person who sleeps on my stomach, I literally couldn’t fit on the bed. Additionally, there’s only air conditioning in the living room. So, I just slept on the couch each night under the AC. If you’re shorter and don’t mind a little warmth (no fan in the room either), it won’t be a problem and they’re a great host. Still, thanks for having us!

Me and my wife loved Daniel's place. Just like you see in photos, very pretty, clean, beautiful view of the downtown of Svitavy. The place had everything you need, kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything. Daniel always responded immediately with any question we had. Also parking was right in front of the place. The only thing that should be mentioned is to get to Daniels place you have to walk pretty narrow long staircase which for an older person could be an issue, but it was not issue for us at all. I would recommend Daniels place 100%. Great place, great location and great host.

Very friendly hosts. The appartmant hotel is new renovated, big room with a well equipped kitchen. Everything clean. Wifi fast. Very good breakfast. Unbeatable price, quality like a 4 Star Hotel.

Gabriela´s place is very nice, modern and spacious. It is stylishly furnished, the apartment has everything you need for a carefree stay. The location provides many opportunities for spending free time with the family in winter and summer.

Perfect accommodation for a group of people

Honestly, I am very happy I could rent the house for my colleagues and I. it's quite difficult trying to find a house suitable to live up to 9 people, as well it must satisfy for my colleagues. But it worked out great. It's a bit far from where we are currently working but hay still get to enjoy the view tho. The owner was helpful, patient and guided us on how to use some of the items that we don't use back home which was great. I would recommend it, to my family and friends, when we are coming here for the holidays. Overall, for me and my colleagues personally 5-star review is needed

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

This apartment was one of the best equipped ones we visited in Bohemia. We were delighted with the welcome wine and waters. The big advantage was that the second apartment was unoccupied, so we had complete privacy and the entire outdoor space to ourselves. Communication with David was very kind and seamless. Thank you.

We were happy with everything, clean house, clean neighborhood. Various activities for children in the house, which we welcomed. We didn't miss anything. Great communication with the host and she always responded right away.

For the reasonable price, everything was really great. The sauna and pool work very well and enrich every stay. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and above all flexible. We will be happy to come back and recommend it to all groups up to 15 people! Thanks!! :)

Nice place. Was there for only one night for work event

We stayed here 4 and I must say as our first Airbnb place it was absolutely great. A cozy apartment with everything you need. The host always responded quickly and clearly, clearly and without any problems and answered any question. A big plus also for the ski storage room. The apartment maintains a lot of humidity, but there is also a dehumidifier, and if there is sufficient ventilation, it is not a problem at all.
