When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Chalupa Záskalí

The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Kadovská cottage

Experience the authentic atmosphere of the Žďárské vrchy Mountains and the Vysočina region in a spacious cottage where modern comfort blends naturally with the tranquility of nature. Whether you're planning a family get-together, a weekend with friends, or a creative vacation, our cottage in Kadov provides the perfect setting. With a capacity of 10 beds, two bathrooms, and a location right by the forest, our cottage is a place where you'll immediately feel at home – whether you're by the fireplace with the piano or on the nearby trails.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Trailer on the hill at Bohouš

Do you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature and animals? I offer accommodation in a caravan on a hill near Bohouš in the village of Horní Dobrouč in the Orlické podhůří. Four people can sleep comfortably in the caravan. It is equipped with a bathroom, flush toilet and gas stove. You will be accompanied by chickens, dogs and cats during your stay. You will have a smokehouse, a fireplace, a grill and a place for a tent. For a small fee, it is possible to ride donkeys and ponies. Or rent an electric rickshaw.

Áčko v panství

Year-round luxury and insulated A-frame cottage with a sloping roof, a whole glazed front measuring 4.5×4 meters with a terrace and a second floor. It is located on a clearing overlooking the treetops. On the property you will find an outdoor shower and a fantastic tub that you can fill both in summer and winter. The accommodation is intentionally without electricity so that everyone can enjoy peace and quiet from modern technology. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place in the heart of nature.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Unusual van with beatufiul view of nature/castle

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.

Relax with us. Enjoy peace and quiet in the beautiful nature of the Vysočina region. We offer accommodation for 6 people in the newly renovated Chalupa U Jonášů in the village of Oldřiš near Polička. The cottage is a great starting point for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Several marked trails intersect here. In winter, guests can use the marked cross-country trails or nearby ski slopes.
