The modern villa has a stunning view of the sea and the mountainous hinterland and is located on 6500 m2 of land on the border of a National Park and is surrounded by unspoiled nature. It is a hiking paradise and is a few minutes by car from one of the most beautiful coasts in Italy. The decor is bright and modern, with antique elements such as the old chestnut wood doors and the antique olive jars. The villa has a heated swimming pool that is available from May 1st until the end of October.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the old grandparents' house. My grandfather built it with his hands and us we restore. The Tana Libera Tutti project was born in 2015. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

The ancient turret has been restored with respect for its history and soul. Wooden furnishings finished with natural oils, stone and lime walls, handmade terracotta floors with bee wax finish, and underfloor heating make this structure healthy and environmentally friendly. Artwork is on display in the spaces. House amenities include: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, kitchen, a beautiful fireplace, and a terrace with breathtaking views.

The accommodation is surrounded by a large garden completely fenced for the safety of children and furry friends. To reach the house, it is mandatory to use a car.
