The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Private accommodation for 2 to 6 people with private hot tub (optional). 1 double bedroom, a "living room" alcove with sofa bed, separate bathroom and toilet. The Space: On the practical side, the studio is 15 minutes from Lyon St Exupéry Airport, 30 minutes from Lyon Centre and 1 hour from Annecy.

Wake up in peace, you can enjoy walks and hikes (GR 42 at your feet), the river but also many activities (climbing, spa, safari...).

Gîte de la Faverge

Charming duplex on the ground floor. Featuring a large living/dining room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another vacation rental. For everyone's peace of mind, access to the pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. Sheets are provided but towels are not (on request at extra cost). Guests clean before they leave.
