Vacation rentals in Pârâul Rece

We loved it here! After two weeks of travel this was the perfect place to unplug and soak in the beautiful views. The porch is amazing! There is a farm nearby, and hearing the sheep and cattle bells was really quite magical. It was also a good base for us to explore Bran and go on some hikes in Piatra Craiului. We had a small rental car and had no trouble with the road in and out as long as we took it slowly. Another reviewer mentioned stray dogs, but I think these belonged to the sheep herder and they gave us no trouble at all and were quite friendly. The property is itself fenced in and very secure. Great stay!

Ціль нашої поїзди було возєднатись з природою та усамітнитися від міста, побути одним в тиші. Тому ми ми обрали цей будиночок. Але виявилось ми були не у лісі, а на ділянки, але ми були крайні і оточені деревами. Що дає доволі гарне відчуття ізоляції, будиночок спроектований так, що вид йде на річку. Так поруж живуть власники, і зручно в разі чого можна попросити про допомогу. Тепер про будинок, це просто щось неймовірне, тут все продумано до деталей. Все дуже гарно, стильно і зі смаком. Все дуже чистеньке і нове, дуже приємно торкатись кожної поверхні і розглядати деталі планування будиночку. Перші пів дня просто знаходячись перебуваєш у «вау ефекті». Також усе настільки інстаграмне, що ти не можеш зупинитися робити фотографії. Також хочеться відмітити гамаки і джакузі. Завдяки цим деталям ти можеш повністю розслабитись. Ми дуже задоволені цим місцем і тепер ще хочемо поїхати зимою

The cabin is set in a surreal place. You really feel so close to nature. The view is breathtaking and everyday the sky showed you a different sunset. The cabin is made with such detail and you can feel that it was really made either passion. We were lucky that the 3 horses came to visit our cabin and stayed with us for some hours.

My wife and I stayed at Florin’s place for two nights in June 2025. We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment; it is one of our very favorites out of the hundreds we have stayed in over the years! It is very spacious, ultra-modern (I mean space-age appliances, lights and equipment!) and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and secure, underground parking with direct elevator access to the apartment. The apartment was also very clean, well laid out and with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Florin was also an excellent communicator and answered all our queries promptly. We also liked the location as it is away from the main tourist areas. We used Uber ($6.50 each-way) to visit Brasov oldtown as I didn’t want to deal with the drive, parking, etc. The view is absolutely breathtaking and we spent a lot of time just staring at the mountain. All-in-all, a perfect place for short or long-term stays.

We had the most incredible stay - the apartment exceeded all of our expectations and Alex was the perfect host. His clear instructions, thoughtful local guides and perfect apartment meant we didn’t even need to reach out during our stay. Everything was perfectly organised and seamless and better than what we hoped for and expected. I’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this is truly one of the best. The extra touches such as the disposable hotel slippers, individual amenity packs, and Rituals products made it feel like a luxury aparthotel. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained - it honestly felt like we were the first people to ever stay here. Alex has considered every detail to make guests feel comfortable and at home and no stone had been left unturned. The views are stunning and better than the pictures. A short drive to Brasov city and the ideal location for hikes or short walks if you can drag yourself out of this apartment. I just wish I’d stayed longer.

My family has stayed at many rentals in many countries, but this was one of the best. Mihai was so incredibly kind and solicitious of our well-being. He had great recommendations for local activities as I was traveling with just my teenage son. The apartment is classy and beautiful (the pictures don’t do it justice) and just the right distance away from the historic center yet easily walkable into town. The views are absolutely extraordinary. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so very much, Mihai and family!

Stunning location, I would have loved to have stayed longer to appreciate the accommodation and its views. Paul was so helpful, I would highly recommend and hope to return to this beautiful place one day.
