An absolutely lovely little getaway. The house is beautiful, warm, modern and cosy and has everything you need. The garden is private and lots of options for sitting outside and taking in the great view! We could hear tui and the beach from the garden. Great location, 3 min walk to the beautiful Otaihanga domain and river walk down to the estuary and beach or up to waikanae. Great for the dogs! Really handy to paraparumu, pubs, cafes, and shops. Lucy was a dream host - super helpful and kind. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back!

Second visit for our girls’ sewing trip and we all loved it. Beautiful spot, wonderfully comfortable house with a well equipped kitchen and everything was immaculately clean. We’ll go back next year.

The perfect place for a getaway. Close to lots of food and shopping areas. The house is nice and open but private with beautiful character. we will definitely stay here again.

Our group of grandparents (visiting from Canada), parents and 2 children aged 6 and 2 enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped for all our food prep; bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean; there were DVDs of cartoons that the adults all remember, as well as some movies. The adults enjoyed playing table tennis, and the sleepout was a good place to store bicycles. Proximity to the excellent playground, the beach and the estuary were big pluses. The enclosed yard was also helpful for keeping the children safe. And wine and chocolates were a pleasant welcoming gift. Thanks so much for sharing your attractive and comfortable bach.

This is the second time in the space of about five months that our team has worked and stayed here. Our Senior Leadership Team came here back in January to do some planning for the year and knew then that we would be back. The home is exactly what we need in that has lots of space, beautiful surroundings to walk around when you need a break, and a spa pool for recovery after a long days work. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, which meant we were all able to pitch in at meal times without getting in each other's way. Alice is a great host, very friendly and really responsive in her communications. We will definitely be back, so I don't really want to recommend staying here in case others book it when we want it. 😁

Lovely little place. Viv is a great communicator and was generous with supplies and arrivals/departure times. Totally adequate as a base for us to stay while attending some training nearby.

This two bedroom apartment is absolutely amazing with so much character! Love the decor! Beautiful location. We hated to leave.

Second time staying there. A great over nighter. A warm welcome by hosts Fee and Gra and their dog Piper. Make you feel right at home. Relaxed in the spa after walking our dog to the beach behind the house, then nice quiet evening indoors. Love coming to this place. Easy to maintain and you have own place and space. Absolutely loved staying at Janice’s place. She greeted us and we felt at home straight away! The place was so spacious with all the ammenities plus some fruit and bread for breakfast. The suburb is also very quiet and full with walks. Will definitely recommend this place.

The location is unbeatable. A short walk to the main square with all the restaurants and shops. Even found a new bakery because it was close to the apt. The balcony is lovely in the sun even on a cold autumn's day. Thank you Sue for a lovely stay
