The house is very good, it corresponds to what is advertised. The pool is great. Clarification, questions, guidance were always answered. We really liked the house, the transparent and polite way of Vitória. We would definitely come back. There is only one reservation about the region, which at this time has a lot of mosquitoes (just like those that give bananas) during the day.

The stay was great, the only problem we had is that the awning to protect the gourmet area from the rain didn't fix very well on the ground, and the internet was slow… but as it rained little we didn't have so much trouble with it! We made good use of the house and was compatible with the listing.

The place is wonderful, an unexplained tranquility, perfect for resting and relaxing. I managed to fish in the lake and it was a lot of fun. The waterfall is very beautiful, I just didn't go in because I can't swim, and the pools are great too with water at a great temperature, I just found it a little slippery to get in and out of the pool. The Jacuzzi is also great with very warm water. The experience is well worth it, we will definitely be back.

The house accommodated us well, is comfortable and has all the necessary structure. There are two en-suites and one bedroom with a bathroom next door, all with a double bed. We were very well received by the hosts, who were willing to assist with what was necessary, including making our check-in and check-out flexible. The place is ideal for rest, as the condominium is very quiet and pleasant. I'll just record a few observations: the pool is climate-controlled, not heated, and I recommend that you call the hosts whenever you need to change something in its operation, because unfortunately we ended up changing something incorrectly, which caused damage to the whirlpool and we need to pay the repair costs; The house is located in a land area, but very close to the paved roads; it is feasible to check the availability of the hosts if they wish to access the club, as access is restricted to visitors, and they cannot enter and leave unaccompanied by the owners. Overall, excellent house!

Great cost-benefit, space exactly like photos, lots of mattresses available and super-suitable infrastructure for the number of people! All communication was successful, Joanita supported us in everything including city tips, seen from the beautiful mto house to the dam with nothing in the front, very clean, heated pool, family condominium and has a “beach” on the dam. The only tip I leave for future guests is that although the rooms have a ceiling fan, the place is very hot (characteristic of the region). As we expected, we brought an extra fan!
