The studio is as described, Nikolas is very responsive. The place is quiet and close to the beach with a nice exterior, the cleaning was done every day! Small but comfortable studio. Just to improve the lack of storage in the bathroom, a tablet would be great! We had a lovely 5-night stay there

This was was the best decision i made and thanks to previous guest reviews as they help my choice. The host Gorge and staff were second to none in service and hospitality. Room was serviced daily with fresh everything! Stayed for a week and had no regrets in location choice as it just a short walk to restaurant and the famous Black Beach everyone comes to see. I appreciated that it was less busy compared to Fira as i prefer to retreat to quiet/calm and Perissa was excellent for it. I appreciated the pool and bar as you didnt have to venture far to cool off with a drink, if you didn’t feel like going out. I cannot fault my stay for any reason. As a solo female travelled i felt very safe and well looked after at Phevos Villa. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I guarantee you will not regret it. My flight was an evening one and they were kind enough to store my bags so i can spend the day at the beach and was able to shower before my transport pick up to airport. Thank you so much 🙏🏾

Peaceful, private, and beautiful area to stay and still walkable to others areas on the island. Their host Eleni is incredible by providing friendly service and booked all our activities for us (catamaran cruise, massages, photo shoot, and taxi) with strong communication! Her help made our trip memorable and less stressful. Breakfast was delicious and appreciate all the staff to make our stay fantastic!

Just got back from this lovely hotel. Very well situated in Perissa 1 minute from the beach and restaurants. Our room was super clean with clean towels and bedding daily. Lovely family run business with Stelios on site all of the time. Katerina his daughter, was very responsive before and during our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone to stay here. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

If hospitality had another name, it would be Cal Days staff ! I spent the most wonderful stay in a double room in the heart of Perissa. The beach is easily accessed by walking, and everything you might need, from markets to restaurants, is just a short stroll away. The room was cozy, and cleaned everyday ! Angelos is by far the most kind-hearted and attentive host I’ve ever met. From the very first message to the day of my departure, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was helping with transportation, recommending local spots, or simply checking in to make sure I was enjoying my stay, his genuine care made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Santorini experience.
