Vacation rentals with beach access in Paralia Kalamatas

We had a great time!!! We had easy access everywhere!!! An ideal place for a family with children since the sea is just two steps!!! I highly recommend it and will definitely go back next summer!!!

Claude and Marianne's place is perfect. It is comfortable, it is well furnished, and it has one of the most beautiful views in the world from the balcony: the harbor of Pylos, whose water glistens in the sun. Claude and Marianne are friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, light-filled, large, modern apartment close to the beach and walkable to other Kalamata neighborhoods. It was a great place to stay!

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

Nicole was very friendly and extremely helpful! The house was brand new in a very central area of Koroni with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We definitely recommend it!

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

Great accommodation, in a beautiful spot with an amazing view to the sea. Fully equipped, brand new and modern. Sparkling clean, fully functional, and thought out in its smallest detail. I'm sure we'll revisit him.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed, Lizzie was amazing, really friendly and ready to answer every question. The Airbnb was amazing , clean and really well equipped. The village is such a beauty and really calm. 15 minutes from kardamilly. I hope I have the chance to visit it again , staying at Lizzies place. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Kardamyli.

Villa Crysanthi is super nicely equipped. The house with pool is very quietly situated in an olive grove and Stoupa beach is a 5-minute walk. There you will also find the beautiful restaurants and bars. The house has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms as well as a terrace on the first floor and a terrace with sea views on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped! I highly recommend the house!

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

Iris was very responsive, friendly and helpful through messages. Check in and check out time was flexible. Sokratis was lovely. He came to greet us for check in and introduced us to the house and also showed us the way to the supermarket that was very close. The place is beautiful with the most amazing bedroom with a jacuzzi and the most beautiful view of the sea 🌊 and mountains 🏔. It’s very close to beautiful fishing villages but also close to Stoupa. Having stayed in Kardamyli, Stoupa and Neochori now I can honestly say that this place was best for location because it’s close to all those places but also allows you to escape and find peace and quiet. It’s only walking distance away from a beach and nice restaurants. It was the perfect place for me and my partner to spend Easter holidays.

we loved the spaciousness and peacefulness of this villa and its grounds. The host provided many amenities in the kitchen, and a basket full of goodies, olive oil, jams, and wine. The beach was a short walk down the road, with a bar café, right on the water to have coffee or drink. It was a short drive to town, or less than a mile to walk. comfortable beds, outdoor balcony to gaze at the stars, a large covered porch outside the kitchen door, and a dining area under the olive trees. As close to paradise as anything we could have hoped for.

Kate’s place was heavenly! Nice, quiet, clean, safe, spacious place 75m from the beach. Friendly people, amazing hosts, nice local restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here!

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

The apartment was just amazing! Stunning view over the sea, really cosy, very nice garden to chill and it had everything you need. Everything was very clean. Zein and Andy were very friendly and gave us good tips and were always there for us. We really enjoyed the calm surrounding, did a lot of hiking tours. We highly recommend this apartment.
