The unit is clean and comfortable, but the input for the unit if you can replace the curtains with a blackout, because it's too thin in my opinion, it's still shaded from the outside. Because I'm hijab so I worry. Other than that everything is ok. Cleanliness is okay, especially sir norman is very friendly and easy to communicate, continued success sir, I hope it gets more crowded, thank you :)

Really love the kitchen and the view from balcony.

Highlights of the property: - The parking area is quite spacious—fits up to 2 cars comfortably. - All rooms were just as described. One room is very large and fits up to 4 people. Each room has its own bathroom, which is a big plus. - Cleanliness was excellent. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was satisfied. A few things that could be improved: - It’s not very elder-friendly. The layout is split between levels—living room, main dining area, dry kitchen (with refrigerator), and wet kitchen (with stove) are all in separate areas. Cooking becomes tricky since the dry kitchen has no stove, and the wet kitchen has no fridge. Anyone who cooks regularly will understand the struggle. - No baby chair was provided. This wasn’t a big issue for us, but having one available would be helpful for families with toddlers. Overall, my family and I were happy with the property facilities and location. We’d consider coming back, especially if the kitchen setup is improved.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and in a great neighborhood. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how cozy and homey the place felt. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I felt right at home. Would definitely come back!

We were at villa Pasirbaru for 4 days. These were wonderful, peaceful days spent relaxing in the pool and enjoying the views. Dewi is a wonderful person and her staff were extremely helpful. A convenient and clean apartment in a very nice residence. The Ciumbuleuit district is a bit high up, with a bit of freshness in the evening. The services offered by the residence are very good: swimming pool, gym, small convenience stores, dry cleaning, coffee... Lots of warung in the evening. The value for money is excellent. Thank you

Good place near to braga street and inside the braga citiwalk mall. A lot of food and stores nearby. Inside apartment is clean and would be great if added with water heater on toilet.
