The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
